Planet With Is This Anime Season’s Hidden Gem

Summer 2018 brings back classics and favorites alike, like Banana Fish, Attack on Titan, and Free!, but what’s so fascinating about this mecha show that’s under everyone’s radar?

Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder May Have Really Gotten Married While Filming Dracula

Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder might have actually gotten married by accident while filming Bram Stoker's Dracula back in 1992.

Speaking to EW, Ryder revealed director Francis Ford Coppola used a real Romanian priest while filming the movie's marriage scene. As such, Ryder believes the two actors may have accidentally tied the knot.

"We actually got married in Dracula," Ryder said. "No, I swear to god I think we’re married in real life. In that scene, Francis

used a real Romanian priest. We shot the master and he did the whole thing. So I think we’re married.”

Witcher Casting Scripts Leak, But the Showrunner Isn’t Worried

The casting scripts/sides for The Witcher Netflix series have been leaked, but showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich has reassured fans that what is contained in those scripts will not be making it into the show and that "all is ok in the #Witcher world."

Posted on Reddit, users found two scenes that both feature the sorceress Yennefer and, while they won't make it into the show, they may give fans a glimpse into how these roles will be portrayed.

The first scene follows Geralt of Rivia himself, as he and Yennefer prepare for a ball and he complains about not wanting to go to said ball. The second scene is a conversation between Yennefer and a "King" and Yennefer holds no punches in telling this King how she really feels.

The Purge TV Series Costumes Bring DIY Horror to Life

Visiting the New Orleans set of the new Purge TV series - premiering September 4 on USA - I had a chance to speak to costume designer, Lauren Bott, to get the inside scoop on some of the new faces of fear we'll be seeing on the upcoming show. As you know, The Purge, as a franchise, doesn't have one look, as everyone who participates in the "holiday" can bring their own spark of madness to the proceedings. But there is one element these maniacal masks share.

"The most important factor is the DIY factor," Bott explained, showing off an array of new looks and costumes from the series on one of the show's sets. "They need to look like anyone can make them at home with simple supplies. And we also keep them super different because every single episode we've had there's been a big scene with multiple stunt guys, so it's just about making sure they can each look scary and cool and interesting. While also staying true to The Purge."

Watch Classic Power Rangers Reunite in the 25th Anniversary Trailer

August 28 marks the 25th anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise - the day that Mighty Morphin Power Rangers first debuted on US television in 1993 - creating a legacy that has endured for more than 850 episodes and shows no sign of slowing down.

Nickelodeon's current series, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, provides the backdrop for a special anniversary episode, titled "Dimensions in Danger," which will premiere at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Aug. 28. The installment features the Super Ninja Steel Rangers teaming up with past Rangers "in an epic battle to save the world."

Above, IGN has an exclusive first look at the trailer for "Dimensions in Danger," which offers plenty of clues about which classic Rangers will be appearing alongside Tommy (Jason David Frank), Wes (Jason Faunt) and Kat (Catherine Sutherland) as IGN previously revealed - how many iconic former Rangers can you spot in the footage?

Useless Waluigi Garbage You Can Buy to Fill the Waluigi-Shaped Hole in Your Smash Heart

If you buy something through this post, IGN may get a share of the sale. For more, read our Terms of Use.

Waluigi is in Smash, as an assist trophy, and everyone is real upset about it. And why shouldn't they be? Waluigi is easily Nintendo's most beloved 8th-tier creepy weirdo character. His internet presence has done nothing but grow, thanks to games like Mario Kart 8 and Mario Tennis Aces. We love Waluigi, even though he is most likely incapable of love and can never reciprocate.

As beautiful as it is to imagine a timeline in which Waluigi is added to the Smash roster, for now it's just not happening and we all need to move along. Or do we? Amazon, the infinite abyss of amazing consumer finds, has all kinds of great stuff to help fill the void Smash has left inside all of us. If Nintendo won't put Waluigi in Smash, we have to do the next best thing: bring Waluigi to ourselves.

Don Cheadle Explains That Time Mark Ruffalo Spoiled Infinity War’s Ending

While on Jimmy Kimmel Live, War Machine actor Don Cheadle opened up about that time Mark Ruffalo totally spoiled Infinity War's ending during an interview.

Spoiler warning: if you still haven't seen Infinity War, and don't want it spoiled by Ruffalo, don't read ahead.

The interview in question was with Good Morning America, prior to Avengers: Infinity War hitting theaters last April. In the interview, Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo responded to the interviewer talking about deaths in Marvel movies by saying, "Wait 'till you see this next one: ha-... everybody dies."

Sean Murray on the Present, Past and Future of No Man’s Sky

Sean Murray is excited again. When I meet him, he resembles the developer the Internet got to know, love and, eventually, turn on – fidgety, unintentionally charming, interrupting his own sentences to make new points as they occur to him. But as the conversation goes on, I realise what he’s saying is far from what I remember of the man.

From 2014 to 2016, the Hello Games founder and mouthpiece appeared to be a sort of restless ideas machine, appearing in interviews with the express purpose of pouring out whatever was in his mind, rather than what was safely calcified in code on his computer. It was, by his own admission, a mistake:

“We messed up some of the easy things, in that we talked about the game too early. We were really excited when we talked about the game. We talked about features as they were in development. Press would say to us, ‘It's so nice to get to sit down with a developer and just talk, you know? You guys don't seem scripted.’ And we were like, ‘Yeah, we don't. Why does everyone else do that?’.
