Spider-Man Homecoming 2 Title Revealed by Tom Holland

Tom Holland, the latest actor to play Spider-Man, has been pretty bad at keeping secrets regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As of last night, it appears Marvel has leaned into that joke, as Holland has "accidentally leaked" the name of the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel: Spider-Man: Far From Home.

In an Instagram post from Ace Seattle Comic-Con, Tom apologized to his fans that there will be no "real revelations" about Spider-Man 2, but mentioned he did just get the new script and it's "going to be great." However, when he mentioned the script, he held up an iPad with an image that reveals the Spider-Man: Far From Home title.

DC Comics Pulls the Plug on Cyborg

DC Comics has canceled its monthly Cyborg comic, according to writer Marv Wolfman. The recently released Cyborg #23 will serve as the series' final issue, with the previously solicited Cyborg #24 and #25 being canceled.

This marks the second time the series has been put on the chopping block in 2018. It previously ended with issue #20 in January before unexpectedly returning in April with Wolfman (who co-created the character in 1980) installed as the new writer. Unfortunately, that second lease on life didn't last very long.

Atari’s New Console Under Fire Again As Crowdfunding Campaign Nears End

Atari’s upcoming VCS system has recently garnered more negative attention as its crowdfunding campaign nears its end.

Responding to concerns raised by an article from The Register written in March during GDC, Atari recently referred to the author as an “irresponsible troll” on its Facebook page. The Register article panned Atari for its inability, or lack of willingness, to answer seemingly basic questions about the VCS during an interview.

Atari’s Facebook post responded by pointing out the piece was written about a nonfunctional design model, also saying The Register author “wrote what he wanted instead of what was discussed with him.” The Register rebutted yesterday by posting audio from their GDC interview backing up their statements.

Eternals: Millie Bobby Brown & Angelina Jolie’s Marvel Movie Explained

Even with all the characters introduced in the first decade of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these movies have barely scratched the surface of what's out there. And it looks like Phase 4 of the MCU is adding another major new franchise: The Eternals. We've met Thanos, but what about the rest of his people?

Reports indicate that The Rider director Chloe Zhao will direct Marvel's The Eternals and none other than Angelina Jolie is in talks to star in the film. (Could she be playing the Eternal known as Sersi? Some fans think so!) Also reportedly cast in the film are Millie Bobby Brown, Kumail Nanjiani, and Richard Madden. But who exactly are the Eternals? Let's dig into their comics history and how they fit into the grand scheme of the Marvel Universe.
