FLCL Recap: Everything You Need to Know Before Progressive Premieres
With so many years between now and its 2003 Adult Swim debut, FLCL feels more like a bizarre dream for those of us who only caught an episode here and there. Even dedicated viewers couldn't always make sense of Naota and Haruko’s wild adventures, but that didn’t stop the show from becoming a cult classic that fans continue to enjoy even today.
As production company Gainax moved on to other projects it seemed that the six-episode series would live on in isolation forever, that is until partner company Production I.G. bought the rights to FLCL from Gainax in 2015. Less than a year later, not one, but two sequel series were announced, the first of which (FLCL: Progressive) is set to release on June 2.

DICE Confirms Meaning of Battlefield V Title
DICE has confirmed the 'V' in Battlefield V is a reference to Winston Churchill and World War Two’s V for Victory Campaign.
Roman Numerals often take a bit of a beating when it comes to video game naming conventions, but a tweet from the Official Battlefield V Twitter has revealed that this name is more than just a style choice.
represents “V for Victory”. The phrase and sign were popularized by Winston Churchill and used amongst the allies for much of WWII. It’s also why we chose to use the Roman numeral V instead of the number 5 for the title.
