Why Jeff Wadlow’s X-Force Movie Didn’t Happen
An X-Force movie has been in the works for a fairly long time, entering into development with filmmaker Jeff Wadlow back in 2013. Wadlow has shed some additional light on the original thinking behind the movie, as well as some of the reasoning behind it never actually being made.
In an interview with Collider, Wadlow explained that although his initial draft of the script for an X-Force movie was well-received by Fox, there came a "critical moment" where the studio wanted to choose between a Deadpool solo movie or an X-Force team-up.
Interestingly, Wadlow mentions that Deadpool did feature in his X-Force draft, and that he'd even been talking to Ryan Reynolds about playing the character after "they totally screwed it up in X-Men: Origins," saying that it had been his plan to "rehabilitate" the character.

Radical Heights Is a Hot Mess, but That’s Not a Surprise
When I saw that the Steam page for new free-to-play battle royale game Radical Heights said it was releasing in “X-Treme Early Access,” I took it as a silly play on its over-the-top ‘80s theme. It’s not. This game is extremely early, with the ‘e’ firmly present at the beginning of that word. The core shows a lot of potential, but with only five months of development, there are still tons of issues and even more work to be done.
Its launch has been plagued with reports of connection and performance issues that have largely tanked its Steam review average to under 50% positive with over 1,600 submitted at the time of this writing. I haven’t experienced any game breaking bugs (though I did get stuck in a door once) but Radical Heights is far from a polished experience. Simply put, it’s not done — but it’s also not pretending to be.
Radical Heights Already Stands out Against PUBG, Fortnite
Radical Heights has got a lot of baggage. It’s the next game from the makers of the notoriously defunct LawBreakers, it bears a questionable resemblance to the largest free-to-play battle royale game in the world, and it’s already wrestled with a now quelled pay-to-win scare. The deck is stacked against it, and it certainly has its problems, but Radical heights also has something genuine to offer the battle royale genre.

Infinity War Directors Think Doing This Classic X-Men Crossover Would Be ‘Interesting’
Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo are excited by the prospect of a Disney/Fox merger opening up the MCU to a whole new batch of characters and major comics storylines to adapt.
In an interview with French publication Linternaute (via CBR), the Russo brothers revealed that, if the recent Fox/Disney merger that would see Disney acquire Fox's film portfolio, including the X-Men and Fantastic Four goes through, potentially developing a Secret Wars film would be an exciting opportunity.
Ikaruga Teased for Nintendo Switch
It seems as though everyone's favorite vertically scrolling shoot 'em up, Ikaruga, will indeed be making its way over to Switch after all - according to a post on Twitter today from developer Treasure. As you can clearly see in the tweet, the team appears to have Ikaruga already running on Switch. But as far as vertical mode goes, Treasure states that they'll have to do some slight tweaking to make everything work smoothly before launch.
pic.twitter.com/TMAcIOcMfP

Solo Art Reveals Possible New Connection for Han’s Dice
A new piece of promotional art for Solo: A Star Wars Story might reveal where Han Solo's famous gold dice came from.
An image of the promotional packaging comes courtesy of the Sad Kylo Ren Twitter account, and it features Emilia Clarke’s Qi’Ra holding the dice, which first appeared in A New Hope. This might indicate she is the original owner of the items and eventually gave them up to Han.
Everyone's favorite smuggler would then use those very same dice to win the Millenium Falcon from Lando Calrissian, a scene which might be in the upcoming Star Wars standalone film. Check out the image below.
