Rainbow Six Siege Removing Some Renown Costs
On the heels of the Rainbow Six Siege price hikes instated last month, Ubisoft is making Siege's operators and attachments much easier to acquire.
Starting with the launch of the game's third content year on Tuesday, March 6, players who own Siege's Standard, Advanced, Gold or Complete Editions will be able to use the original 20 operators without spending any Renown, Siege's in-game currency.
Renown costs for all previous and future attachments are also being removed for all players, which is especially welcome news considering Ubisoft recently said its goal for Siege is to release 100 operatives over 10 years. However, players who already own any attachments or any of the original 20 operators will not be refunded "due to a technical limitation," Ubisoft said in a blog post.

Walking Dead Showrunner Confident Lauren Cohan Will Return
The Walking Dead showrunner Scott M. Gimple remains optimistic about Lauren Cohan returning as Maggie for Season 9.
THR reports Cohan, who's been on the hit series since the second season, has been locked in contract renegotiation with AMC for months. The actress recently signed on to star in the ABC action drama pilot Whiskey Cavalier as the female lead, and currently does not have a contract to return for Season 9.
However, Gimple is still confident an agreement could be reached to have Cohan remain on the show. "We're talking; I'm pretty positive," Gimple said. "We're figuring it out. The timing could work well, so all good."

Suzuki has always been keen to make a fourth game and said as much in an AMA on Reddit back in 2015.
Arrow Needs to Become Something Else
There's no denying the impact Arrow has had over the past six years, paving the way for an entire shared superhero universe and helping The CW transition into the genre show-driven network it is today. But that being said, Arrow has often been the weakest link in the larger "Arrowverse" in recent years. That's certainly the case right now, with Season 6 likely to go down as the show's worst year yet. It's become increasingly clear over the past few months that the long-running show needs some fundamental changes if it's going to survive much longer. Much like Oliver Queen, Arrow needs to become something else.
Arrow reached a pivotal moment when Season 5 started in 2016. At that point, the show had delivered two bad seasons in a row and really needed to do something to win back wary fans. Season 5 generally succeeded in that goal, some missteps notwithstanding. Above all, the series benefited from the intense rivalry between Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen and Josh Segarra's Adrian Chase. Season 5 culminated in the series' best episode to date, leaving viewers and Ollie reeling as Chase carried out his final plan and destroyed Lian Yu with most of Team Arrow still on site.

IGN previously reported that Jordan's Wheel of Time had found its showrunner, Rafe Judkins. Judkins, a former Survivor contestant, has written for Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and Chuck.
Netflix’s Everything Sucks!: Every ’90s Reference
Netflix's Everything Sucks! is a quirky coming-of-age dramedy about a group of freshman from the AV club fighting for survival as the upperclassmen of the drama club threaten to make their high school lives a living hell (check out our Season 1 review here). The series features excellent performances from the cast, including the kids and their parents. At its best, Everything Sucks! is one of the better high school-based series in recent memory, echoing some of the classics like Saved by the Bell and Freaks and Geeks.
Since Everything Sucks! is set in 1996, there is a treasure trove of '90s nostalgia to feast your eyes on like VHS tapes, rising young musicians like Tori Amos, and troll dolls. Find out all the '90s references we discovered below.

Battlefield 2018 Reportedly Has a Name, Setting
The new Battlefield game coming in 2018 will reportedly be called Battlefield V and be set during World War 2, according to sources familiar with the game speaking to GamesBeat.
GamesBeat's report also reveals a purported look at the game's logo screen. According to their sources, the game was internally known previously as Battlefield 2, following in the naming convention of the WW1-set Battlefield 1.
EA has already confirmed the next Battlefield would be coming in 2018, and it will be playable at their E3 showcase. However, a WW2 setting comes in contrast to a rumor from December that claimed the next Battlefield would be Bad Company 3 set in Vietnam — a rumor GamesBeat's sources say is false.
