Overwatch League Code of Conduct Reportedly Leaked

The code of conduct for Overwatch League players has reportedly been leaked, with guidelines stating that the league has the rights to players' likenesses and a host of other data that can be used in licensing deals without kicking back any royalties to the players.

Kotaku reports that eSports broadcaster Richard Lewis scanned the 35-page document, which places some rather strict stipulations on players.

As expected, the guidelines are designed to curb unwanted and inappropriate behaviour first and foremost, and we've already seen players being suspended for using homophobic slurs, let go for posting memes that were categorised as offensive, and sanctions including fines against three players and one coach.

Superman’s Iconic Underpants Are Making a Comeback

DC Entertainment co-publisher, Jim Lee stripped Supes of his classic red undies in New 52, but he's bringing back the classic look for the celebratory Action Comics issue 1,000. The special issue marks the 80th anniversary of the Man of Steel's debut in Action Comics #1, as well as 1,000 covers of the comic.

io9 reports that Lee made the announcement at WonderCon, saying that it was only a "matter of time" before the outside-underwear came back, but that someone, somewhere further down the line, will inevitably take them away again.

"I knew when I took them off in the New 52 that they were going to come back, it was just a matter of time. We figured the 1000th issue was as good a time as any.

Pokemon Go Adding Mew Through New Quest System

Pokemon Go looks to be introducing the legendary Mew through a new quest system coming "later this week".

As detailed on the Pokemon Go blog, Field Research and Special Research are two new types of quest, which offer rewards for completing given objectives.

Field Research quests are earned by interacting with PokéStops, which will now grant you small tasks like capturing or battling specific Pokemon. Special Research "may be requested by Professor Willow himself" - while we don't have full details, that's presumably objectives given to all players simultaneously.

Both Research types grant rewards upon completion, "including a variety of useful items and even encounters with certain Pokémon", with rewards increasing depending on how difficult the task was.

Why Undertaker Should Fight Cena as ‘American Badass” Undertaker

Okay, so I'm prepared for most of you to haaaaate this. I get that. This is sacred land here and I'm about to trample all over it.

A few months ago, I argued why The Undertaker vs. John Cena should happen. Then, back at the end of February, after Cena told everyone that a match against Undertaker was "impossible," I insisted it was still very possible, smelling the musty musk of a misdirect. Buckle up for more here, funfans.

Humans Season 3 Sneak Peek Answers One Big Finale Question

Fans of AMC and Channel 4's sci-fi thriller Humans won't have to wait too much longer for their Synth fix; IGN can exclusively reveal that Season 3 of Humans will premiere Stateside on Tuesday, June 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on AMC.

Here's what we know about the upcoming season, courtesy of AMC: "One year after the dawn of consciousness, a decimated and oppressed Synth population fights to survive in a world that hates and fears them. In a divided Britain, Synths and Humans struggle to broker an uneasy peace, but when fractures within the Synth community itself start to appear, all hope of stability is threatened. Set against the maelstrom of political chaos, the ethical complexities of the dawn of a new species play out across a thrilling multi-stranded narrative. As the synth family, Mia (Gemma Chan), Niska (Emily Berrington) and Max (Ivanno Jeremiah) continue to battle for their right to survival, Joe (Tom Goodman-Hill) Laura (Katherine Parkinson) and their children Mattie, Toby and Sophie struggle to come to terms with the cataclysmic events of the last series and their deeply polarized views on the implications of the singularity."

The Times reports that the studio and publisher has stockbrokers working on the float, with the announcement expected imminently.

Publishers are in short supply in the UK - if the listing goes through, it would likely make Team17 the country's largest.

Lloyds Development Capital, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, paid £16.5 million for a stake in the company in 2016. The same year, Team17 reported a loss after tax of £37,686 after generating £6.5m in revenue.
