2018 MVP Named in Puppy Bowl XIV

Bear, a 16-week old American Staffordshire Terrier / Foxhound playing in his rookie year in the prestigious Puppy Bowl, has been officially named the Puppy Bowl XIV MVP. Hailing from Virginia Beach, Bear helped his team put the competition into hibernation as part of the 2018 Starting Line-Up at this year's Puppy Bowl.

The 14th year of Puppy Bowl pitted champion against chomp'ion, as last year's prizewinning Team Fluff returned to try and send former two-time champion Team Ruff back to the locker room with their tails between their legs again. Last year's spanking of 93 to 38 was rough on the Ruffs, but these dogs weren't about to just lay down and play dead in the face of a challenge from the new alpha dogs.

Infinity War Super Bowl Spot Breakdown

Marvel Studios unleashed a thirty-second TV spot (seen below) for Avengers: Infinity War during Sunday's Super Bowl LII, which included brand new footage from the long-awaited culmination of everything the MCU has been building toward the last ten years.

As with the first trailer, the tone was decidedly grim and foreboding, even for the usually fun-loving Guardians of the Galaxy.

Check out what we caught in the new Infinity War Super Bowl spot in the slideshow below:

For more of our coverage on Marvel's The Avengers: Infinity War, check out our detailed breakdown of the (still largely unreleased) footage shown at last year's D23 Expo and Comic-Con, our theory on what the trailer suggests about Thor's hammer, and, of course, watch the first trailer for the millionth time.

Solo: A Star Wars Story Teaser Trailer Breakdown

The anticipation for the first Solo trailer has built to a fever pitch around rumors it would premiere during the Super Bowl. Instead of a full-blown trailer, however, we were treated to a teaser, with the promise of a full trailer on Monday.

But as far as teasers go, there was a lot to see. From the glistening interior of the Millennium Falcon, to a high-speed chase and train-top melee battle, and maybe the coolest moment: Donald Glover as Lando Calrisian, cloaked in a completely baller fur coat.

Check out the slides for a better look at what's hiding in the Solo teaser.

Seth Macy was lukewarm on Solo but is now trending hot. Follow him on Twitter @sethmacy.
