Parkasaurus Is Zoo Tycoon Meets Jurassic Park Meets an FPS
Parkasaurus is an upcoming simulator putting you in charge of not only managing the day-to-day operations of a fully functioning amusement park, but also managing the lives of dinosaurs on display.
All the parts to an addictive park simulator are in place, but the addition of dinosaurs is more than just a quick swap of traditional animals for extinct ones. The announcement trailer shows off the occasions when one of the dinosaurs becomes agitated and breaks free of its enclosure, wreaking colorful, adorable havoc on the park and its visitors.
That's when the game transitions into a first-person shooter, and your objective switches from macro-managing the park and all its business operations, to hunting down and stopping the dinosaur using tranquilizers.
Co-op Platformer The Adventure Pals Coming Next Year
2D action-platformer The Adventure Pals will be releasing on Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC next Spring. In an update from when it was announced earlier this year, a Switch version has now been confirmed for the same window.
We’ve got an exclusive first look at 10 minutes of The Adventure Pals co-op gameplay, with a few small cuts to jump over some still in-development moments. Watch it here:
The Adventure Pals is a 2D action brawler with drop-in co-op, and looks a bit like Castle Crashers crossed with a platformer like Scribblenauts. You explore an overworld map visiting towns and completing quests for their colorful inhabitants, assisted by your magic giraffe, Sparkles.
Civ 6 Expansion ‘Rise and Fall’ Launches February
If you've somehow grown weary of Civilization 6 and its current campaigns, the fresh new Rise and Fall expansion is only a few months away.
Rise and Fall, hitting February 8, adds "new Great Ages, a new city loyalty system, and Governors," and expands on the diplomacy and government systems already in place.
On top of that, Rise and Fall adds "nine new leaders and eight new civilizations," as well as new "units, districts, wonders, buildings, and more."
Firaxis Games lead designer Anton Strenger said the new Great Ages system lets players "experience the ebb and flow of building empires amidst the challenges of history."
WWE Hall of Fame Edge on His New Vikings Role
Vikings returns to History this Wednesday, November 29th, with a two-part Season 5 premiere featuring the fallout and aftermath of last season's closing moments - namely, the accidental/on purpose murder of Sigurd by bitter brother Ivar.
With Season 5 also comes some new faces. Along with Jonathan Rhys Meyers' Bishop Heahmund (who we saw right at the end of Season 4), WWE Hall of Famer and former multi-time world champion Edge, Adam Copeland, has joined the series as Kjetill Flatnose, a stalwart warrior chosen by Floki to be one of the leaders of a group traveling to Iceland.
I spoke with Copeland about his brave new role, challenging himself in the world of acting, getting the Vikings accent just right, and his awesome Nordic beard.

Yooka-Laylee will be released on Nintendo Switch on December 14th.
The game will initially be available only as a digital download, with a physical release still to be confirmed. Those who backed the game on Kickstarter and chose to receive a Wii U version, then chose to receive a Switch copy when the Wii U port was canceled, will receive a code on launch day.
Playtonic worked directly with Nintendo and Unity to optimise the new version of the game - it will run at 900p in docked mode, and 600p in handheld mode (you can see footage of the game in handheld mode below).

Arrow Cast Responds to THAT Long Awaited Cameo Appearance
Spoilers for Arrow's episode continue below! Make sure to read our reviews for the first two parts of the "Crisis on Earth-X" crossover for Supergirl's and Arrow's respective episodes.
After being unable to reprise his role for 2016's four-show Arrowverse crossover (which also doubled as Arrow's 100th episode), Colin Donnell reprised his role as Tommy Merlyn for the first time in years. In "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2," Donnell played the Fatherland-following Earth-X Nazi doppelgänger of Tommy... and in doing so brought a popular fan theory to life.
Fear the Walking Dead: First Look at Lennie James as Morgan
AMC has shared the first look at Lennie James preparing for his role as Morgan on Fear the Walking Dead.
The photos, which you can view below, show James at a table read with his fellow Fear co-stars Colman Domingo, Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam-Carey, and the series' showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg.

It was revealed in a previous episode of The Walking Dead, "The King, the Widow and Rick," that the integral crossover character between The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead will be Lennie James' Morgan. The prevailing theory, however, was that it would be Abraham who moved between the two shows instead.
Marvel Heroes Servers Shut Down a Month Earlier Than Expected
Marvel Heroes servers are shutting down effective immediately, over a month before the projected sunset date.
Today the Marvel Heroes Twitter account announced that Gazillion is closing, and as a result, the game "will be sunset immediately on all platforms." The team originally planned to support Marvel Heroes Omega until December 31.
"It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of Gazillion Entertainment" the post says. "The company would like to sincerely thank its fans and employees for all the support over years of development and live service."
Marvel Heroes Omega launched on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 earlier this year, and players could select characters from across the Marvel Universe. Not long ago, Marvel informed us that they had ended their relationship with Gazillion, and that the game would be shut down.
