Kojima to Show Del Toro Death Stranding Gameplay Soon
Famed filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, who's working with Hideo Kojima on Death Stranding, briefly spoke to IGN about Kojima Productions' upcoming title, actual gameplay of which he expects to see in the not too distant future.
"It's been great as a friendship, and it's been great as a learning experience," del Toro said of working with Kojima in a recent interview with IGN. "In Death Stranding I'm just a puppet. I don't know what he's gonna make me do. He's supposedly going to show me the gameplay at some point in the next couple of weeks."
Prior to working with Kojima on Death Stranding, del Toro aided in the creation of P.T., the playable teaser for what would have been Silent Hills. "My most rewarding experience was to know him and help him realize P.T., which never happened on Silent Hills," he said.

Home Theater Projectors You Need For Your Gaming Setup
Screen sizes have come a long way since many of us played Adventure on our Atari 2600 connected to a 13-inch color CRT. In just the last 10 years flat-panel prices have lowered as screen sizes have grown. But if you want to cover your entire wall with Fortnite, there still isn’t a reasonably priced television that can compete with a gaming projector.
Gaming projectors don't just let you game on a giant screen, you can also get all the benefits of modern displays with 4K, and even 8K resolutions, as well as the latest HDR standards.
TL:DR – These are the Best Gaming Projectors:
Sledgehammer Wanted to Make CoD: Advanced Warfare 2
Call of Duty: WWII developer Sledgehammer Games originally wanted to make Advanced Warfare 2, before Activision executives asked them to take on real-life history instead.
Speaking to Newsweek, Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg explained that, "Sledgehammer wanted to make Advanced Warfare 2", but added that the publisher had seen the increasing calls from fans to return to the series' roots, and head back to the 1940s.
“We knew
would become historians," Hirshberg continued, "that they would tackle it with authenticity, give it tremendous care and we also knew they would capture the unspeakable scale of World War II.”

Hulu App Coming to Nintendo Switch
Nintendo Switch is getting its first video streaming app today.
Hulu has announced its streaming app is coming to Switch via the eShop. The Hulu app is expected to go live along with the rest of the eShop updates later today.
Just like on other platforms, the Hulu app itself is a free download with a free trial available to new users. The core service costs $8 USD a month, while the Hulu with Live TV plan costs $40 USD a month.
As for when Switch owners can expect other streaming services such as Netflix to arrive on the system, president and COO of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aime confirmed earlier this year that Netflix and other streaming apps like Amazon "will come in time."
Xbox One X Runs The Witcher 3 at 60FPS, Without a Patch
Xbox One X has provided console players a way to experience The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at 60 frames per second.
According to Eurogamer, The Witcher 3 shipped with an unlocked framerate, allowing it to potentially reach 60fps, which it's now able to accomplish (with occasional dips) on Xbox One X. However, the increased framerate comes at the cost of resolution, as the unpatched Xbox One version of The Witcher 3 runs at 900p. A later update boosted resolution to 1080p, but locked the framerate in at 30fps.
According to Xbox Wire, an Xbox One X-specific update for The Witcher 3 is on its way. The patch will boost resolution to 4K and provide "numerous visual tweaks such as higher-quality shadows, ambient occlusion & texture filtering, as well as higher resolution textures, and an all-around performance boost." The post doesn't mention any changes to the locked framerate.
