Hulk/Wolverine Hybrid Weapon H Stars in New Comic
Marvel held their "Next Big Thing: Marvel Legacy" panel at NYCC today, where the publisher revealed one more title joining the growing Marvel Legacy lineup next spring. Spinning out of the recent "Weapons of Mutant Destruction" crossover will be Weapon H, a series starring the Hulk/Wolverine hybrid character.
Spawn Movie Reboot: Filming Begins Early 2018
Todd McFarlane's Spawn movie reboot will begin filming in early 2018.
According to Deadline, McFarlane, who will direct the film, revealed during New York Comic-Con 2017 that pre-production should start sometime after Christmas, with filming set to begin in February. However, a release date for the reboot hasn't been set yet.
McFarlane reiterated that Spawn will be an R-rated film and revealed the project will only have a $10 million budget. The director said he wants little to no studio interference, and only needs distribution and marketing from the studio that decides to take on the movie. McFarane's full financial control over the project will also allow him to share on-set updates via Facebook.
These Star Wars: The Last Jedi Figures are Incredibly Realistic
Hasbro's Black Series figures continue to set a high bar for Star Wars collectibles, and these new figures from Star Wars: The Last Jedi are no exception.
IGN checked out Hasbro's slate of notable new Black Series figures at New York Comic Con, including a new look at DJ, Benicio Del Toro's Last Jedi character, and Rey. Rey, DJ and Rex's figures will all be available in early 2018, while the new figures for Lando Calrissian, 4-Lom and Dengar will be released later in the year.
These Black Series figures make use of Hasbro's new face scanning technology that helps make the collectibles look incredibly realistic when compared to their real-life counterparts.
These weren't the only Last Jedi toys being showcased at NYCC. In addition to the Porg plushie that had previously been released at Force Friday, Hasbro also was showing off these realistic-looking Luke and Rey collectibles. They also have some new addition to the adorable Forces of Destiny dolls. Check them out below:
Tyrese Blames The Rock for Fast and Furious 9 Delay
Fast and the Furious franchise star Tyrese Gibson blames Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for the ninth movie's delay.
Originally slated for a 2019, Fast and Furious 9 was officially pushed to 2020, something Gibson isn't happy about.
The star took out his frustrations on Instagram, posting the new April 10, 2020 release date and captioning it with some sarcastic quips about his co-star.

The Coolest Cosplay From NYCC 2017
New York Comic Con 2017 is in full swing, and the show floor has no shortage of awesome cosplayers roaming the convention center's halls.

You’ll Want to Own Hasbro’s New Deadpool Figures
Marvel fans rejoice, because Hasbro has a lot of awesome Marvel products in the works for 2018. At New York Comic Con, IGN got a chance to preview the company's lineup of 2018 Marvel figures, as well as some other exciting initiatives they have in store.
Five new figures made their debut at NYCC, including Spider-Man's Prowler and Spider-Man Noir, X-Men characters Multiple Man and Gladiator, Avengers' Taskmaster.
Here's a look through all of Hasbro's Marvel figures, including lineups for Spider-Man, Deadpool, X-Men and Thor: Ragnarok.
The Spider-Man line will be available in spring 2018, with X-Men's lineup releasing in the second half of 2018. The Deadpool figures will also be available next year. Each figure will retail for $19.99.
Bride of Frankenstein Production Postponed
Universal has postponed production on the Bride of Frankenstein and removed the film's February 14, 2019 release date from its schedule.
Deadline reports the movie was in pre-production with filming set to start in London this February. However, both Universal and director Bill Condon have decided to delay any further work on the movie so Condon and David Koepp have more time to polish the script.
DC Celebrates Huge Superman Milestone in Action Comics #1000
DC Comics is gearing up for a huge Superman milestone in 2018. Today the "Meet the Publishers" panel at NYCC, DC Co-Publishers Jim Lee and Dan DiDio shed light on what fans can expect from the upcoming Action Comics #1000.
Issue #1000 is currently scheduled to ship in March 2018, which comes just before the character's 80th anniversary in May 2018. DC will be marking the occasion with an oversized issue featuring a number of new stories. The lead story will be co-written by regular Action Comics writer Dan Jurgens and Superman writer Peter Tomasi. Doomsday Clock writer Geoff Johns and Superman: The Movie director Richard Donner will also contribute stories to Action Comics #1000.
Murder on the Orient Express Reveals 16 New Posters
20th Century Fox has released 16 new character posters for Murder on the Orient Express ahead of its November 10 release.
The posters feature the film's 16 main characters, including Star Wars' Daisy Ridley as the English governess Mary Debenham, Johnny Depp as the shady American dilettante dealer in art/antiques Edward Ratchett, Josh Gad as Ratchett’s secretary Hector MacQueen, and Michelle Pfeiffer as the American widow Mrs. Hubbard.

The upcoming film adaptation of the Agatha Christie classic is directed by Kenneth Branagh, who also stars as Christie's iconic detective Hercule Poirot. The rest of the film's cast includes Penélope Cruz, Willem Dafoe, Leslie Odom Jr., Judi Dench, Derek Jacobi, Tom Bateman, Olivia Colman, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Marwan Kenzari, Sergei Polunin, and Lucy Boynton.
Michael B. Jordan to Appear in Netflix Superhero Series
Black Panther and Fantastic Four's Michael B. Jordan is set to executive produce and appear in a new superhero series on Netflix called Raising Dion.
Netflix has ordered a 10-episode season of the one-hour sci-fi/family drama, which follows an African-American single mother, Nicole Reese, trying to raise her superhero son Dion after the death of her husband, Mark (Jordan). When Dion begins to manifest superhero-like abilities, Nicole must protect her son from dark forces trying to exploit him and keep Dion's powers a secret.
