Spider-Man and Doctor Strange will seemingly have a close relationship in Avengers: Infinity War.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Infinity War co-director Joe Russo revealed that the two superheroes, along with the actors who play them, Tom Holland and Benedict Cumberbatch, have "really great chemistry."
As such, because of their rapport and the fact that both characters currently reside in New York City, Russo hinted that the duo will be teaming up quite a lot during the battle against Thanos.
"They both have a proximity to each other, if that's a hint that I can give," said Russo. "But anybody who's a Marvel fan would know that they both reside in the same city, and I think Tom and Benedict have a really wonderful chemistry and we wanted to exploit that."

Apes 3 Dethrones Spider-Man in Box Office Debut
War for the Planet of the Apes debuted in first place at the North American box office, dethroning Spider-Man: Homecoming with an estimated $56.5 million.
Despite coming in at number one, director Matt Reeves' trilogy-capper earned significantly less than its predecessor, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, which had a domestic opening of $72.6 million when it debuted in 2014. Still, the film managed to eclipse the rebooted series' first installment, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which opened in 2011 to $54.8 million.
Meanwhile, Spider-Man: Homecoming dropped 61 percent during its second weekend in theaters, slipping to the number two spot with an estimated $45.2 million. Director Jon Watts' superhero film debuted in first place last weekend, surpassing Iron Man to become the biggest solo character debut in the MCU.
