Original Ghost in the Shell Theme Remixed by Steve Aoki
DJ Steve Aoki has remixed the Ghost in the Shell theme for the upcoming remake.
Aoki released the remix, titled "Reawakening", via a Facebook video that shows off some footage from the film. For Aoki, it's been a "big day" for him considering he grew up watching the 1995 animated original, which "planted the seeds for my imagination and obsession for Sci fi android life AI singularity and later the blueprints towards my Neon Future ideology." Check out the remix below.
Dawn of War 3’s Multiplayer Makes Big Changes
Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War 3 is hitting Steam on April 27, and we’ve now had a chance to go hands on with all three of the starting playable races in both the campaign, and multiplayer modes. Let’s take a look at the heroes, units, and abilities that make each faction feel exciting to play before diving into my detailed multiplayer impressions, starting with my current favorites, the Orkz.
If you want to get straight to the multiplayer deets, along with our very first round of multiplayer footage, head straight down to the multiplayer section below.
As I mentioned in my first hands-on piece about them, the Boyz really thrive as a mobile army that can make the most out of simply getting out there, and getting into fights, thanks to their use of scrap. Scrap is a special resource that’s unique to them, and it drops off of destroyed mechanical units, both friend and foe. With it, they can either grant unique upgrades to specific squads, or they can empower the special abilities of their formidable, unorthodox hero units, like Goregutz ‘ead’unter who can go from deflecting incoming fire by swinging his mighty power klaw around to healing and buffing nearby allies with a rallying fireworks display.
BioWare Details Mass Effect: Andromeda Early Access Trial
The March 21 / 23 release date for Mass Effect: Andromeda is looming, but the game will be available on EA / Origin Access on March 16. BioWare has given us an idea of what to expect from the limited time trial.
First of all, the story is gated so you won't be able to get past a certain point, however according to Andromeda producer Fernando Melo, you can spend the entire 10 hour trial replaying sections of the single player if you want.
Last week BioWare had to cancel its planned multiplayer tech test, but as well as the single player, you'll be able to access the multiplayer in the trial period. Melo also introduced fans to the game's multiplayer "Missions," which are "your link between multiplayer and single player," and by completing the missions you'll receive rewards in both.
Following Delay, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Hits Alpha
The long-awaited Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has reached an alpha testing stage, meaning it's now internally playable from start to finish.
On the PlayStation Blog, Ninja Theory announced that the game - which has been in development wince 2014 - has hit the alpha stage of the game-making process. Dominic Matthews, who's a product development ninja at the studio, took time to explain the milestone.
"That doesn’t mean that the game is finished, however," Matthews said. "There’s still a huge amount of work to be done across Hellblade.
Zelda: Breath of the Wild Runs Better in Handheld Mode
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild reportedly runs better when played on the Nintendo Switch tablet than while docked.
Digital Foundry has discovered that Breath of the Wild doesn't suffer similar frame stutter issues in handheld mode than are seen while playing on the TV. It's something we even pointed out in IGN's review of the new Legend of Zelda as well.
The possible reason? The theory revolves around the resolution differences between the two Nintendo Switch modes. Breath of the Wild outputs at 900p while docked, compared to 720p in portable mode.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Delayed Again
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 will miss its release date once more, with a new planned arrival of April 25.
Developer CI Games wanted an extra three weeks to make tweaks based on the game's open beta.
"We’ve worked tirelessly creating a whole new Sniper: Ghost Warrior experience set in an ambitiously crafted open world new to the series,” CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski said in a statement. “While it’s an unfortunate decision to delay the game one last time, we believe these final changes will result in a better experience for players worldwide on day one."
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 was originally planned to launch in January before it was delayed to April 4.
Black Sails Star on Their Character’s Big Moment of Truth
Warning: Full spoilers for the March 5th Black Sails episode, “XXXIV,” below.
The end is nearly here on Black Sails, and in the fifth to last episode, there was a huge character death as Eleanor Guthrie (Hannah New) met her maker after a brutal fight with a Spanish soldier.
I spoke to New about when she learned Eleanor was dying, what it was like to film her final scenes, what fan reaction might be like to the end of her polarizing character and more.

WWE Fastlane Live Blog and Results
WWE Fastlane is the final PPV (a RAW-brand event) before WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, and with Kevin Owens' Universal Championship on the line against Goldberg, look for the 'Mania card to start and shape up in very interesting ways.
Does Goldberg possibly winning the belt mean that Lesnar takes it at 'Mania and we get Brock as champ once again? Or does Goldberg retain against Lesnar and keep running with it? OR, will Owens somehow manage to squeak past Goldberg and defend his strap against Jericho? There are endless (okay, like three or four) possibilities here!
