Street Fighter 5 to Reportedly Soon Shame Rage Quitters

If a reported leak is any indication, Capcom has plans to soon publicly shame those who repeatedly rage quit while playing Street Fighter V.

According to a post on Reddit, a new test branch for the Steam version of Capcom's fighter went live yesterday, and it wasn't initially password protected. Several screenshots were captured and posted to NeoGAF before a password was added.

Super Mario Run is #1 in Top Grossing on the App Store

With Super Mario Run now out for iOS, the platformer is having a successful launch.

Nintendo’s first-ever Mario game for mobile is currently the top grossing app in the US App Store, beating Mobile Strike, Pokemon GO, and Netflix. Though there’s no information yet on exactly how many times Super Mario Run has been downloaded, its initial success should be an encouraging sign for Nintendo.

IGN UK Podcast #362: We Saw Rogue One and Have Some Opinions

Not very long ago, in a podcast booth not that far away, Gav, Alysia, and Krupa sat down to talk about Rogue One. They got a bit sidetracked at one point by recalling the Simpsons' episode where they recreate Nightmare on Elm Street with Groundskeeper Willie, but they talked about Rogue One nonetheless.

Also on the agenda: Dawn of Titans, The Last Guardian, Keyword Countdown, and theoretical physics.

NES Classic Sold Nearly 200,000 Units in the US Alone

At least 196,000 lucky people bought the NES Classic in the United States since it released earlier this month.

November was a good month for Nintendo, with sales of its 3DS line up 59 percent over last November, representing the consoles "sixth straight month of year-on-year growth," in the US, according to NPD.

In a statement from Nintendo, it said sales of the new Pokemon games helped increase software sales for 3DS by an astonishing "350 percent year-on-year."

The NPD Group said Nintendo's almost impossible-to-find miniature all-in-one led the "retro console segment."

Since its release, the NES Classic has been notoriously difficult to find without resorting to paying much higher prices on the secondary market. US retailer GameStop promised more NES Classics will be trickling onto its shelves over the next few days, but it doesn't look like there's any end in sight to the drought.

Call of Duty Bests Battlefield for November’s Top Sales Spot

According to The NPD Group, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was the top-selling game for November 2016.

Nipping at Call of Duty's heels was Battlefield 1, which dropped down one place from last month, where it was the best-selling game for October 2016.

Pokemon Sun and Moon had strong showings, especially considering digital sales for the 3DS games weren't included in NPD's numbers. According to the release, Sun and Moon had the strongest launch of any Pokemon game in the franchise's history, beating out Black and White "despite having 19 fewer days in market" during their launch month.

Here are the top 10 games by revenue for November 2016:

Leaving Netflix in January

Netflix is kicking off 2017 by ditching every season of Saved by the Bell, movies like South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut, Bring It On, Coming to America, Saving Private Ryan and more.

That's right, we're making a list, so check it twice, because these are all the movies and TV shows expiring from the streaming service come January. The first and third Fast and Furious flicks are gone, along with a bunch of 30 for 30s, Blade 2, Sixteen Candles, a few seasons of Property Brothers and Fixer Upper, all of Murder, She Wrote and Columbo, and Breakfast at Tiffany's.
