NES Classic Accessory Adds Original Controller Support

While Nintendo's upcoming micro-console doesn't support your original NES controllers out of the box, Hyperkin will release an adapter later this month that allows you to hook up your original controller to the NES Classic Edition.

The 6-inch adapter, priced at $10, is compatible with both NES controllers and joysticks. In addition to working with the NES Classic, the adapter will also let you connect your original NES controllers to your Wii U or Wii.

Arrow: Mr. Terrific Has a Tough Road Ahead

From the moment he was introduced in Arrow's fourth season, DC Comics fans wondered when Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum) would become his comic book alter ego, Mr. Terrific. Season 5 has provided that answer, with Curtis joining a new team of young heroes, as Oliver tries to mold them into a more formidable group – with Curtis still having plenty to learn.

At Arrow’s recent 100th episode celebration in Vancouver -- that episode airs November 30th, as part of a big crossover with the other CW/DC series -- I spoke to Kellum about Curtis’ journey and why both he and his character are so excited about everything happening.

How Blizzard Hid World of Warcraft: Legion’s Secret Boss

It only took about 10 days after the launch of World of Warcraft's Legion expansion for players to unlock one of its deeper secrets. Kosumoth the Hungering, the world-eating Old God tucked away on an unused island, was the surprising "treasure" at the end of an otherwise unassuming quest to find a hidden mount, and he was a reveal the WoW development team worked very hard to keep a secret.

The idea to create Kosumoth came from Blizzard senior game designer Jeremy Feasel, who WoW game director Ion Hazzikostas gives full credit for the surprise boss. Calling Feasel "one of the masterminds behind the secrets and fun things," Hazzikostas explained to IGN at BlizzCon that incorporating Kosumoth was a way to solve the problem of how to come up with creative ways for players to acquire mounts.

More Mass Effect Andromeda Release Date Evidence Emerges

An Amazon promotional image for Mass Effect Andromeda provides further evidence of a March release.

The Xbox One digital download code on the

Amazon page has "21 March 2016" printed on it. Right away, you can see why it isn't quite a smoking gun, since March 21, 2016 already passed.

Is March 21 the official release date? Is March 21 the official release date?

However, when compared with an earlier clue on the Mass Effect Andromeda art book, the March 21 release date looks to be pretty solid. The Dark Horse book, releasing March 21, 2017, promised to release "simultaneously with the game," but the product description has since been changed.
