With The Tick now officially ordered as a full series by Amazon Prime, The Tick’s creator Ben Edlund and his fellow executive producer Barry Josephson were on hand at New York Comic Con today to discuss the new version of the comedic superhero.

Fans of Patrick Warburton and his live-action version of the character can rest easy – the actor (who is one of the producers of the new version) will appear in the new show at some point. Said Josephson, “He’ll do something special. I can’t say exactly when.”

Edlund said, of Warburton, “I think he’ll have a really interesting role. They’ll be some comments on the Tick, because he was The Tick.” Edlund said he’d love to bring in all of the cast members from the previous series eventually, saying, “Everyone in the whole live-action was wonderful, so if we have the opportunity to use Nestor

The Flash: What Barry Allen Learned from Flashpoint

Full spoilers for The Flash's Season 3 premiere, "Flashpoint," continue below.

Barry Allen might have fixed the timelines in the premiere episode of The Flash: Season 3, but Flashpoint is going to have reverberations throughout the rest of the season. Though viewers might have been surprised to learn the comics-inspired storyline only lasted one episode, star Grant Gustin promises its affect will be felt heavily moving forward.

"His journey, this whole season now, is accepting his choices and his present and now knowing that he can time travel doesn't mean he should use it to fix whatever he feels like fixing," said Gustin during a visit to The Flash's set. "That lesson is learned pretty much right out of the gate this season."

Oculus Shows Off Standalone VR Headset, Facebook App

During an event this morning, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg showed off Oculus VR's latest plans for an in-development VR headset. The new VR headset will work without the need for cumbersome wires attached to a PC, but will apparently still offer motion tracking. The technology was referenced as inside-out tracking, wherein the sensors are placed on the headset itself and the complementing markers are actually placed on the environment. Zuckerberg says the company is working on the new headset now, but it's "still early" in the development cycle.
