More Cartoon Characters Are Coming to Son of Zorn

Making his way from Zephyria to Orange County to New York City, the voice of Zorn himself, Jason Sudekis, visited New York Comic Con this weekend. Sudekis was joined by cast members Johnny Pemberton, Cheryl Hines, Tim Meadows and executive producer Eric Appel to screen next week's episode, "The Weekend Warrior" and to answer questions about the show.

There wasn't too much revealed in terms of upcoming plot lines or announcements except to say that later in the series' 13-episode Season 1 run, we will definitely find out more about Zephyrian culture. Additionally, we will also be seeing more animated characters make their way into the "real" world of Orange County. Some of those guest voices include Head-Butt Man (Rob Riggle), Radiana (Olivia Wilde), Dr. Klorpins (Nick Offerman), and the villainous Vulchizon (Fred Armison).

Stranger Things Season 2 Will Deal With Barb-gate

At New York Comic Con, David Harbour - the powerful slab of old-fashioned justice that played police chief Jim Hopper - addressed one of the internet's most lingering, stinging questions about Stranger Things.

Yes, the shadow of Barb will be cast over proceedings - but die-hard believers in the character might not have their wishes for her fully granted.

Polite warning: spoilers for Stranger Things Season 1 follow. If you haven't seen it and carry on reading, you're essentially creating a horror movie for yourself and we can't help you.

Barb's introduction as a seemingly major character, her subsequent brutal death, and other characters' seeming total lack of interest in mourning her became an Internet touchstone following the show's success.

First Trailer for The Grand Tour Filled With Motoring Mayhem

The first full-length trailer for Amazon’s new motoring show The Grand Tour, starring former Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond, debuted late last week.

On the tone of the footage below, The Grand Tour unsurprisingly appears to share more than a little in common with Top Gear in its previous form.

The Grand Tour will begin on November 18 and will be aired weekly via Amazon Prime. Availability for interested viewers in countries where Amazon Prime is not accessible (like Australia) is yet to be confirmed, though it has been noted on The Grand Tour Facebook page that “details will be released.”

Westworld Creators Are Working on Season 2 Stories

While HBO has not officially renewed Westworld for Season 2, the show’s co-creator Jonathan Nolan revealed today at the show’s New York Comic Con panel that he, co-creator Lisa Joy, and their writing team were already at work on another potential season – saying they were currently in the process of “breaking” (arc-ing out) the season. So while we still wait for word on HBO’s official decision, it’s certainly safe to be optimistic about the show continuing.

During the panel – which followed a screening of the show’s second episode and was moderated by IGN's Eric Goldman -- Nolan, Joy and cast members Thandie Newton (“Maeve”), Jeffrey Wright (“Bernard”), Jimmi Simpson (“William”) and Ben Barnes (“Logan”), spoke about the creative process, while deftly avoiding any question that would possibly lead to a spoiler.

These Unreleased Street Fighter Statues Are Spot On

Pop Culture Shock Toys has a bunch of unreleased Street Fighter figures on display at New York Comic-Con 2016.

These figures of Ryu, Evil Ryu, and Yuri all look amazing, but are still pending approval.

Details are slim on when these figures could be headed to market. Pricing isn't available, either. Ryu is a 1/6 scale figure, which usually costs just over $300 on the Pop Culture Shock Toys website. Comparable figures to Evil Ryu and Yuri—which are both 1/4 scale statues—usually go anywhere from $300 to $700.

Stay tuned to IGN for more of the coolest toys being shown off at NYCC 2016. Want to see some of our favorites? Check out Kotobukiya's Clan of Clans statues and Mega Blok's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toys.

Legion Brings the X-Men World to TV

FX Networks brought its upcoming Marvel and X-Men-inspired TV series Legion to New York Comic-Con today, complete with the world debut of the first 20 minutes of the pilot and a cast/creator Q&A.

Legion stars Dan Stevens as David Haller, described by FX as “a troubled young man who may be more than human” -- in other words, he’s a mutant. The series’ showrunner Noah Hawley has already had great success on FX with Fargo, and so this adaptation of the X-Men character has big shoes to fill… but judging by what was shown today, it is more than ready to do just that.

Stevens and Hawley took the stage along with castmembers Aubrey Plaza (Lenny Busker), Rachel Keller (Syd Barrett), Bill Irwin (Cary Loudermilk), Katie Aselton (Amy Haller), Amber Midthunder (Kerry Loudermilk), and Jeremie Harris (Ptonomy Wallace) along with head of Marvel TV/executive-producer Jeph Loeb and executive-producer Lauren Shuler Donner.
