Leto Unsure About Joker’s Journey in Suicide Squad
SPOILER WARNING: There are mild spoilers regarding the Joker’s involvement in Suicide Squad, so if you haven’t yet seen the film and don’t want to know the extent of his participation, don't read any further.
Jared Leto has been talking about the Joker’s journey in Suicide Squad, stating that he has no idea where the character disappears to for the film’s second half, and expressing disappointment that so many of the his scenes were cut from the film.
Half-way through proceedings Joker’s helicopter crashes, and we don’t hear from him again until the film’s final scene. And when we asked Leto what the character was up to in the interim, he didn’t really know.

IGN UK Podcast #343: After 4 Pints, Suicide Squad is Alright
Suicide Squad has divided critics, so our own motley crew of hard-drinking reprobates wanted to see what the fuss was about.
The whole team descended on Leicester Square for a special screening of the DC comic action flick, and honestly? It wasn't as bad as we were expecting.
This week we also put our British queuing skills to the test by clamouring for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets, played the first episode of Batman: The Telltale Series, and prepped another episode of Keyword countdown (of course.)
So sit back, grab a beer (or four) and settle in for another episode of the IGN UK podcast.
Hitman Episode 4, Bangkok Gets a Release Date
The fourth episode of Hitman, which sees Agent 47 head to Thailand, will be released on August 16.
In a press release, developer Io Interactive announced that the 'Club 27' mission will see players having to eliminate indie band frontman Jordan Cross and his family lawyer, Ken Morgan within the confines of the Himmapan luxury resort.
We've actually already seen a little of both Cross and Himmapan, when Cross' fictional band, The Class, released a very real music video earlier this week.
The episode will also include 65 challenges, as well as new opportunities and disguises - we've heard tell of some musical instruments being used for things other than creating hot choons.

Everything You Need to Know About Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV
We’re less than a month away from the release of Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. For those of you who don’t know, Kingsglaive is the companion film that was revealed during the Uncovered event a few months back, alongside the Brotherhood anime series. Given that the world of Final Fantasy XV exists across three different mediums, we thought it’d be useful to give you a quick primer on the way to fully experience Square-Enix’s decade-in-the-making story.
Good question. Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is a companion film that exists simultaneously with the events of the game. Instead of focusing on Noctis and company’s road trip, the story primarily takes place inside the kingdom of Lucis’ crown city of Insomnia. It follows the drama of Notcis’ father King Regis and Noctis’ bride-to-be Luna as they deal with an armistice with the warring empire of Nifelheim. Suffice it to say, the peace treaty doesn’t last super long.
Suicide Squad Likely Won’t Get Released in China
Suicide Squad may miss out on a major global haul, as David Ayer's upcoming comic book film reportedly won't be making it to theaters in China anytime in the near future.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, "sources close to the decision-making process" say the chances of Suicide Squad reaching the world's second biggest film market are growing "increasingly unlikely."
China Film Group, the nation's foreign film distributor, has reportedly refrained from adding Suicide Squad to its release calendar. Considering most of the scheduling is handled months in advance, there appears to be no interest in releasing the PG-13 film in the region, with an unnamed Chinese executive saying, "they think this is not a good film to release in China."
Overwatch Passes 15 Million Players, World Cup Announced
Activision confirmed today that Overwatch has now exceeded 15 million players globally, “including box and digital sales, internet game room players, and multi-user console households.” The news comes via the publisher’s second-quarter earnings report. Overwatch players have spent a combined total of around 500 million hours in the game, according to the publisher.
The report also noted Blizzard had the biggest online player community in its history during the previous quarter, buoyed by the rapid success of Overwatch and supported by the continuing popularity of the likes of Hearthstone and World of Warcraft.
Hot on the heels of this news Blizzard itself has announced the inaugural Overwatch World Cup, which will be held at Blizzcon 2016 in November.
