Lord of the Rings Balrog Brought to Life With Lego
One of The Lord of the Ring's most iconic creatures has been given a new Lego design thanks to a custom builder.
As highlighted by The Brothers Brick, Aaron Newman has created his own take on the balrog, perhaps most remembered as depicted in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Newman's build features imposing wings, a whip, and a ridge of fire sprouting on top of and behind the balrog's head. Take a look at the custom set below:
Flash and Kid Flash Team Up in New Season 3 Photos
When The Flash returns for Season 3, just how different will things be thanks to Flashpoint? That's the question going into this season, thanks to Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) changing the timeline by saving his mother's life at the end of Season 2.
Check out these newly released Season 3 premiere photos below, which show Barry as The Flash working alongside Keiynan Lonsdale as Kid Flash - a persona we've never seen Wally West have before.
The Flash: Season 3 premieres October 4th on the CW.

Warcraft Filmmaker Duncan Jones: No Sequel Plans
Duncan Jones has no current plans to create a sequel to Warcraft, but given the opportunity, he says he'd make one.
For Jones, Warcraft was the perfect setup for other films within the Warcraft world. "If there were an opportunity for us to make another film in the Warcraft universe I really feel like we did the hard work in the first movie as far as setting the table," Jones told Thrillist. "I would love to capitalize on three and a half years of hard work and be able to have some fun in that world."
It'd be the second chance to "push through everything that I knew needed to happen in order to make the film I knew it could be." Jones is proud of his work on Warcraft, he added, but he'll never release a three-hour director's cut of the movie.

Nintendo NX Rumored to Have Share Button, Split D-Pad
After rumors surfaced last week that Nintendo's next console, codenamed NX, will have motion-sensing detachable controllers with advanced vibration, a new report has surfaced, claiming the NX controller will also have a share button and split D-pad.
Anonymous sources have told Let's Play Video Games that NX's share button (bearing a small icon of a camera) will function similarly to the one found on PlayStation 4's DualShock 4, and will "apparently allow the upload of still images and video directly to Miiverse, Twitter, Facebook or YouTube."
3DS-Themed Nintendo Direct Coming This Week
A 3DS-focused Nintendo Direct will be streamed this Thursday, September 1 at 7am PT / 10am ET / 3pm BST.
Nintendo has made clear that no mention of the upcoming NX console will be made during the broadcast.
Current upcoming 3DS games include Pokemon Sun and Moon, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice and Yo-Kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits, which will likely be shown off. You can also expect to see more of the new Galaxy-style New 3DS, too.
Directs are also often used to debut new games - we may have a larger list of upcoming 3DS games by the time the show's through.
Halo’s Warthog Coming to Forza Horizon 3
Forza Horizon 3 has gone gold, meaning the final version of the game has been sent for disc pressing, and the game is being setup for digital release.
In addition, Halo's Warthog has been announced as a playable vehicle in the game. This is just the latest in a list of over 350 vehicles, but it could prove to be one of the most popular among the community.
Sadly, you won't find the turret on this version, as it's just a civilian 2554 AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST. Don't expect to be blasting your opponents away.
It does have a 720 bhp twin turbo V8 though, so it's much faster than its military counterpart. It also apparently has the most advanced suspension in the entire game, plus advanced dampening for extra stability.
