Maul Holds all the Cards in Star Wars Rebels: Season 3
Straight from its debut at Star Wars Celebration, IGN has a new clip for you from Star Wars Rebels: Season 3, showing Maul -- don't call him Darth Maul anymore! -- is back and seemingly holding all the cards.
In this scene, which doesn't take place in the Season 3 premiere episode shown at Celebration but rather in a later episode, Maul (voiced by Sam Witwer) greets Kanan (Freddie Prinze Jr.) and Ezra (Taylor Gray), though it's clear that there is no true alliance between them. In fact, Maul has put Kanan and Ezra's friends in danger and has very specific plans regarding what will happen to the blinded Jedi and his Padawan.

The new trailer for Season Three of Star Wars Rebels debuted today at Star Wars Celebration in London.
You can watch the trailer in full down below:
The trailer features a new haircut for Ezra (stylish), Mandalorians who serve the Empire, wearing armour very much inspired by Ralph McQuarrie's prototype Boba Fett armour (even more stylish), and the appearance of Grand Admiral Thrawn, officially returning him to Star Wars canon.

Grand Admiral Thrawn Is Now Star Wars Canon
Grand Admiral Thrawn is once again a part of the official Star Wars canon.
The trailer for Season 3, shown at Star Wars Celebration 2016 in London, confirmed inclusion of the iconic Expanded Universe villain.
The character first appeared in Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy of novels (1991-1993), but was placed under the Star Wars Legends banner (non-canonical story) on April 25, 2014, when Lucasfilm trimmed back the Expanded Universe in preparation for the upcoming sequel trilogy, beginning with The Force Awakens.
Zoe Saldana Is All in For Avatar 2, 3, 4 and 5
With obligations to both the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Star Trek film franchise as well as young twin sons to raise, you might think actress Zoe Saldana would be a little less than enthusiastic at the prospect of spending the next several years shooting not one but four sequels to Avatar down in New Zealand -- but you'd be wrong. The actress is very excited to return to the world of Pandora and to the set of a director, James Cameron, whom she holds in great personal regard.
"Yes, he promised me that I am
. I made him promise me," Saldana told IGN during a one-on-one chat last week to promote Star Trek Beyond. "I love it. I was a part of something super-duper special that wasn’t revamped or anything, that was created by someone’s utopian mind, just like a Gene Roddenberry
Rogue One Content Coming to Star Wars: Commander
Mobile game Star Wars: Commander will be introducing Rogue One: A Star Wars Story content, Disney and Lucasfilm announced at the show's Commander-focused panel.
Additionally, the game will be adding Squad Perks, which give squads temporary boosts, with new levels allowing players to choose from a skill-tree comprised of different perks. The Perks are intended to allow squads to work together while all individually benefitting from their progress.
An ability to customize bases and troops will also be introduced using a new armory. Platers can customize in accordance with the planets they're battling on. Rebels on Hoth, for example, can use Tauntauns, and Empire units can be decked out in Snowtrooper armor.

Star Wars: Rogue One Introduces Jedi Spiritual Home
In Star Wars, the Force has always had a mystical and religious component to it, but that aspect will become a bit more prominent in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. In the film, we’ll travel to a new location called Jedah, and at Star Wars Celebration this weekend, director Gareth Edwards described Jedah as being on par with Mecca or Jerusalem as far as its significance for those who believe in the Force - even if they can't control it themselves.
Describing how Jedah came to be a part of the story, Edwards told a group of reporters, “It came from the fact that the era that our film is set in, in theory, doesn’t have any Jedi. So the idea of having a Star Wars film that doesn’t talk about the Force... If you look at what George
Guardians 2: Gamora and Nebula’s ‘Volatile’ Relationship
Actress Zoe Saldana chatted with us yesterday about what's going on between her character, Gamora, and her adopted sister Nebula in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
After being a nemesis in the first film, Nebula becomes a full-fledged member of the Guardians in the sequel, although it sounds like she's still not a lot of fun to be around.
"You’ll begin to get a glimpse of how terrible life must have been like to grow up with a crazy stepfather through Nebula," said Saldana in reference to cosmic conqueror Thanos, who raised both Nebula and Gamora. "Nebula is still in that teen-y, f*****g hateful s**t. She’s just resentful and bitter."
