According to Raymond, the team is "well on

Opinion: Marvel Didn’t Ruin Captain America
Warning: this column contains full spoilers for Captain America: Steve Rogers #1!
It's doubtful that Marvel anticipated Captain America: Steve Rogers #1 becoming their most controversial release since the final chapter of Spider-Man: One More Day, but that's what happened when the new series debuted last week. Fans almost immediately took to the Internet to register their very vocal disapproval over that issue's big cliffhanger, the reveal that Steve Rogers has apparently been a Hydra agent since he was a young boy. It wasn't long before writer Nick Spencer and various other folks at Marvel started receiving death threats from readers who seem to have quite literally been driven mad by this plot twist. Even ignoring those more extreme forms of overreaction, it's difficult to understand why this particular twist has so many readers feeling so upset. Marvel isn't going to suddenly destroy one of their most iconic characters because of one, simple story.
Top 10 Fallout 4 Visual Mods
For decades, mods have granted PC gamers the freedom to tweak, change, and improve their experiences. Bethesda games in particular, with their massive worlds and wide breadth of things to do and see, are ripe for the modding.
From simple bug-fixes to a mod that changes all Deathclaws into killer Thomas the Tank Engines, almost anything you’d want (or didn’t know you’d want) in a game like Fallout 4 exists.
This particular list of Fallout 4 mods is a bit more grounded, focusing on making the Commonwealth even more beautiful without altering gameplay. You can even download some of these mods for Fallout 4 on Xbox One.
Doctor Who Lead Role Offered to a Black Actor – Who Turned it Down
Doctor Who's showrunner has confirmed that the role of the Eleventh Doctor - eventually won by Matt Smith - was originally offered to an unnamed black actor, but they turned it down.
Steven Moffat told Doctor Who magazine: “We’ve tried. The part has been offered to a black actor, but for various reasons it didn’t work out. Should the Doctor be black? Should the Doctor be a woman? So long as the Doctor is still the Doctor, anything is possible.”
The latest actor to play a Doctor Who companion, Pearl Mackie, is mixed-race, with Moffat saying she was chosen at least partially because the show "needed to do better" with diversity.
Elon Musk Thinks We’re All Living in Someone Else’s Video Game
The man behind Tesla Motors, Hyperloop and SpaceX thinks the chance of us not being inside an advanced civilisation's gigantic virtual reality simulation right now is "one in billions".
Speaking at Code Conference 2016, Elon Musk - responding to a question from journalist Josh Topolsky - explained that he's had so many discussions about simulation with his brother that they decided to "ban such conversations if we're ever in a hot tub - because that really kills the magic." Quite.
His proof of being in a video game? Our own video games, and the speed at which they've advanced:
"Forty years ago we had pong. Like, two rectangles and a dot. That was what games were. Now, 40 years later, we have photorealistic, 3D simulations with millions of people playing simultaneously, and it's getting better every year. Soon we'll have virtual reality, augmented reality.
Director Has No Regrets Over Iron Man 3’s Mandarin
Writer-director Shane Black says that while he feels bad about some comic book fans not liking his take on the Mandarin in Iron Man 3, he nevertheless has no regrets about the choice, and would do it again given the chance.
IRON MAN 3 SPOILERS AHEAD
Far from being an actual person in the movie, the Mandarin was revealed to be a character played by a British stage actor, and that bait-and-switch so annoyed fans that Black believes Marvel made the ‘Hail to the King’ short just to appease them.
But he feels little remorse about his take on the character.
No Man’s Sky UK Release Date Brought In Line With Rest of Europe
Good news for fans in the UK who are craving the release of No Man's Sky.
No Man's Sky's UK release date has been brought forward to August 10, meaning it now coincides with the rest of Europe. North America will still be getting it a day early on August 9. The change in release date is due to a new deal with retailers, rather than the game being finished sooner.
No Man's Sky was recently delayed from its original June 21 release date. At the time, the UK was supposed to be getting the game on August 12.
"Thank you for your feedback, we’ve been working with retailers and #NoMansSky will now launch on Aug 10th, the same as other EU countries," the PlayStation UK account tweeted earlier today.
Metal Gear Pachinko the Target of YouTube Dislike Campaign
There's a new Metal Gear game coming this year, but it's probably not the one you want.
Metal Gear Pachinko was announced yesterday, but fans of the series aren't happy. A few weeks after a mass YouTube dislike campaign targeted Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, now the Internet hive mind has turned its gaze to the Metal Gear Pachinko trailer.
At time of writing the trailer has nearly half a million views, and the like to dislike ratio is currently 895 to 27,945. You can expect it to get even worse as time goes on.
