Free DLC Coming to Forza 6 Players
The Forza Racing Championship is coming to Forza 6 during the next few months, and it will be bringing free DLC with it.
The Championship will be a series of online events inclusive to all skill levels, and according to the announcement, you'll be competing for "glory and real-world prizes," and "everyone has a chance to win."
To celebrate, a free code for a 2016 #66 Ford GT Le Mans car should be arriving in the inboxes of all Forza 6 players, so keep an eye out for that.
Other recent Forza Motorsport 6 DLC includes a NASCAR expansion pack, and some Fallout 4 cross-promotion.

Witcher 3 Patch in the Works to Fix ‘All Major Reported Issues’
The Witcher 3 may have just received a major expansion in Blood and Wine and a hefty patch to go along with it, but that doesn't mean CD Projekt Red's work is done on the game.
CD's community manager Marcin Momot tweeted earlier today that the game's next patch is being worked on to address "all major reported issues" players are having with the game. Momot didn't tweet a precise list or provide patch notes, but he did say in response to an inquiring tweet that the patch would include a fix for players who can no longer lock their camera onto enemies. Evidence of other reported problems can also be seen in The Witcher 3's official forums.
Rainbow Six Siege Issuing Permanent Bans for Cheating
Developer Ubisoft has updated its Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege code of conduct to allow for permanent bans for players found cheating.
Like Blizzard Entertainment's cheating policy for Overwatch, Ubisoft intends to ban players for their first offense of cheating or hacking. "The presence of cheating in the game is something we take very seriously, and is a priority on the development team," Ubisoft said in a post to its Rainbow Six Siege blog.
Christopher Nolan to Crash $5M Vintage Plane in New WWII Film?
Warner Bros. has reportedly shelled out USD$5 million for a vintage World War II aircraft for filmmaker Christopher Nolan to use during the shooting of his upcoming movie Dunkirk, according to Indie Revolver. It’s also been alleged that, when the production is done with it, it will apparently be crashed.
According to the source the plane, potentially formerly of the German Luftwaffe, will be equipped with IMAX cameras during the shoot but is ultimately destined to be destroyed.
Nolan’s Dunkirk, which will feature Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh, Fionn Whitehead, and Cillian Murphy (plus One Direction’s Harry Styles), is based on the real-life evacuation of Dunkirk, France early in World War II. Surrounded by German forces almost 340,000 Allied soldiers were rescued from Dunkirk by a fleet of 800 military and civilian boats, many of which were fishing trawlers, pleasure craft, ferries, yachts, and lifeboats.
Suicide Squad Officially Rated PG-13
Suicide Squad will have a PG-13 rating when it's released on August 5, the Motion Picture Association of America announced today.
The news isn't exactly a surprise—in 2015, producer Charles Roven said Suicide Squad would be rated PG-13 to maintain consistency within the rest of the DC Extended Universe. It may be "right there on the edge of PG-13, but still PG-13," Roven added.
As noted by Batman News, the MPAA's Classification and Ratings Administration has given David Ayer's anti-hero flick the rating for "sequences of violence and action throughout, disturbing behavior, and suggestive content and language." Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice received a PG-13 rating too, though its home entertainment release includes an extended addition that has been given an R rating.
IGN’s Mobile App Updated with Autoplay Controls
Heads up for those using IGN's native apps for iOS and Android: We've just pushed out updates, including bug fixes and controls for enabling autoplay videos in your feeds.
Earlier this year, we added a feature to the IGN mobile app that automatically plays videos in your feed as you scroll past them. If you're using other apps like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, this behavior should be familiar. In the IGN app, videos autoplay muted, and only ever on wifi to avoid eating away your mobile data allowance.
Walking Dead Cliffhanger Resolution is Worth the Wait Says Reedus
While The Walking Dead will be back for Season 7 this fall, fans of Norman Reedus won’t have to wait that long to see the actor back on AMC, as he’s starring in the new series, Ride With Norman Reedus, debuting this Sunday.
I sat down with Reedus to discuss that show – look for that full interview later this week – but I also had the chance to ask him about The Walking Dead’s much-debated cliffhanger, which revealed the show’s new villain, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), had killed someone, but not who.
I asked Reedus if he was looking forward to fans getting the resolution to that cliffhanger and he replied, “Yeah! I mean, the truth of it is that it's very precious to us, what we're doing, and it's our thing we're doing out in the woods. It would almost be doing it a disservice to us to go around blabbing about it, because we put so much work into it, and it's so personal to us that we almost don't want to talk about it too much, because it's private and personal, and you'll see it."
Legends of Tomorrow Introducing Different Version of Vixen
While Vixen will indeed appear in the second season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, it won't be in the manner fans are expecting.
Megalyn Echikunwoke, who voices Vixen on The CW's animated series (available on CW Seed) and guest starred as the character on a season 4 episode of Arrow, reportedly won't be reprising her role. According to TV Insider, Echikunwoke isn't available for the role thanks to "some possible film projects."
Game of Thrones: Sansa’s Secret Letter Translated by Fan
Spoilers for Game of Thrones continue below.
There are two big questions surrounding Sansa Stark's actions at the end of "The Broken Man." First: what did she write in that letter? Second: who did she send the letter to?
While we still don't know the answer to the latter question, one eagle-eyed Game of Thrones fan seems to have puzzled out the first. Savvy Redditor CreepyPancakes zoomed, screenshotted and analyzed the sequence where Sansa wrote her letter, and seems to have figured out most of what she wrote.
