F1 2016 Announced, Images and Box Art Revealed
F1 2016 has been announced, the eighth installment in Code Masters' Formula One racing series. It will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC next season.
According to Lee Mather, principal games designer at Codemasters, F1 2016 "will have more features than any other year of the franchise."
At the heart of this, says Mather, is F1 2016's new career mode, which lets you pick an avatar, number, team, and earn contracts throughout a career that can last up to ten years in-game.
A new street circuit located in Baku, Azerbaijan is also making it into F1 2016, along with recreations of the Safety Car and Virtual Safety Car. There will also be a number of "off-track" features, like a Player Agent and Research and Development Engineer for tracking progress.

The stream kicks off at 4pm ET / 1pm PT / 8pm BST. Meanwhile, Microsoft has released a sneak peek of Xbox mods in action. Shown in the video below is a mod to build more elaborate structures, a new alien rifle, different types of enemy-spotting goggles, and the ability to build a settlement anywhere in the wasteland.
Modding functionality is currently in beta on Xbox One at the moment. If you’re a PlayStation owner looking to get in on the action, you can expect mods to arrive at some point next month.
Zelda Wii U E3 Demos Could Take 90 Minutes to Complete
Press are being told to set aside up to an hour and a half to complete the E3 hands-on of The Legend of Zelda on Wii U.
The new open-world Zelda game (which will also be released on the upcoming Nintendo NX console) will be Nintendo's only game on the E3 showfloor, and Finder reports that it will be represented by two "extended" demos.
Nintendo Everything, seeking confirmation of the story, was told that the two demos will let players “step into the wilds of Hyrule and explore some of the grasslands, forests and mountains that they’ve been given mere glimpses of to date.”
Electrician Finds Dead Snake Inside PlayStation 4
It's never good when your PS4 breaks, but one Brazilian at least had a good story to tell afterwards.
According to CNET, In December last year, an electrician was given the task of fixing a broken PS4, which apparently was giving off a "strong smell" after it turned off.
Instead of a normal electrical problem, when he opened it up, he found a dead snake had essentially been burned into the circuit board in two different places.
That's why you should always leave repairs to the professionals.
In other snake news, Battleborn is getting a new snake hero called Pendles.
GTA Online: Biggest Update Yet Revealed
Rockstar has announced Further Adventures in Finance and Felony, GTA Online’s biggest ever expansion, which will arrive on June 7th.
Further Adventures in Finance and Felony is the biggest expansion to GTA Online to date, and will feature all-new gameplay and a range of special new vehicles, such as the Pegassi Reaper.
The expansion allows players to become CEO of their own criminal enterprise. This will entail buying and selling a range of contraband across the great city of Los Santos, while also having to fight off fierce competition from the rest of the criminal underworld and, of course, avoid attention from the LSPD.
New Rocket League Map Has Pillars Creating Multiple Walls
A new experimental map is coming to Rocket League in June, and it's bringing a couple more walls to proceedings.
The map is called Pillars, and - as you might guess - two large pillars create additional walls in the middle of the map. They effectively separate the pitch into three lanes, and the goals are on either side of the middle lane.
Psyonix says there will be an "emphasis on using multiple walls to your advantage." You'll be bouncing shots off the pillars and driving up them to gain extra height over your opponents.

Gravity Rush 2’s Dynamic New World and Potent Combat
2012’s Gravity Rush was a pleasant surprise on Vita; a stylish action game built around a very unique central hook: players could change gravity at will, literally dropping in any direction through the world.
The sequel is shaping up to build on this blueprint nicely, while taking advantage of the PS4’s significant grunt and the fact that it’s now a big screen experience. I’ve popped in to see an early build of the E3 demo while at Japan Studio to play The Last Guardian, and I’m glad I did.
The world design makes an immediate impression. Set in an entirely new city, it’s reminiscent of a Western European-inspired take on BioShock Infinite’s Columbia; island blocks bob about, high up in the sky, while barge-like platforms move between them. Once again the visuals are heavily influenced by comic books and anime, with a wonderfully cel-shaded world and comic book panel cutscenes.
