D&D Movie Is Happening
It looks as though Goosebumps' Rob Letterman is going to be directing the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie from Warner Bros.
This report comes from The Tracking Board, who also say while no casting announcements have been made, "producers are eyeing a Vin Diesel-type" for the lead character. David Leslie Jones (Wrath of the Titans) has written the script for the movie, which will feature a warrior and a band of creatures searching for a mythical treasure.
Zack Snyder Teases Darkseid in Justice League
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice may still be raking it in at the box office, but that doesn't mean director Zack Snyder is holding back in teasing what fans can possibly expect in the upcoming Justice League movie.
Minor Batman v Superman spoilers below...
Speaking on The Empire Film Podcast, Snyder had a few tongue-in-cheek words to say about Darkseid and the appearance of his symbol in Batman v Superman, referring to it as a "giant impression in the ground."
"I mean, maybe he exists out in the universe somewhere, just looking for something, something that's against life," the director joked.

Final Fantasy 15 Has to Sell 10m Copies to Make Back Its Investment
Update: A Square Enix representative provided the following statement to IGN:
"We’d like to make a comment on the news reports that state Hajime Tabata, Director of Final Fantasy XV, commented that Final Fantasy XV needed to sell 10 million copies to recoup the investment at the press conference held yesterday in LA.
We believe there was a communication problem during the conference. In fact, Tabata was referencing 10 million copies only as a high goal which the development team set to realize their ambition to make the ultimate Final Fantasy game. And the comment was never meant to be referred as a recoup line of the investment."
Guitar Hero Live Developer Suffers Layoffs
Freestyle Games, the Guitar Hero Live developer, has suffered a set of redundancies but will remain open, according to a statement from owner, Activision.
According to Eurogamer, a source close to the situation suggested that around 50 Freestyle employees have lost their jobs after consultations in February. The studio's website suggests that around 100 people worked there previously.
Activision confirmed the layoffs - but did not state an exact figure - in a statement:
"Activision and FreeStyle Games leadership have been considering a range of future options for the studio, and have been consulting with staff to explore all alternatives. The collective team have now reached the end of a consultation exercise and the decision has been made to restructure FreeStyleGames to better align the studio resources with future business needs. We are working with the studio teams to explore options to rebalance staff within Activision Blizzard and its related organisations. The UK remains a key market for Activision Blizzard and FreeStyleGames continues to be a great partner. We thank all of the team for their continued passion, creativity and commitment."

IGN: How are you feeling about your TakeOver match tonight with Asuka?
Bayley: I'm really excited and equally as nervous.

Aside from that, we've got an impromptu Batman quiz, a music album hidden inside a video game, and Hans Zimmer's greatest hits, including one we're pretty sure you'd never have guessed. Oh, and we rename the podcast "Baby Presidents" for reasons we never really get into. Sorry about that.

Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Headed for PC
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is coming to PC.
Acknowledging the news was "the worst-kept" secret following leaks on Steam's database and patch notes for the most recent AMD graphics drivers, developer The Chinese Room confirmed the news in a tweet earlier today.
