9 Reasons You Should Be Watching Outlander
Considering the golden age of television we live in, it's easy for some truly great shows to slip through the cracks. If Outlander falls into that category for you, that's a shame, because it's a series that deserves any genre fan's time.
The series follows Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) after she is accidentally sent back in time from the 1940s and ends up in the Scottish Highlands in the 18th century. There she finds herself drawn to Highlander Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan), and the two are swept away on an adventure that involves time travel, political intrigue, witchcraft, devastating drama and a healthy dose of romance.
With Season 2's premiere on the horizon -- and an exciting shift in setting to Paris and King Louis XV's court -- here's a pitch for why you should be watching Outlander.

Guardians of the Galaxy and SPECTRE star, Dave Bautista has officially joined Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, and Robin Wright in the upcoming sequel to sci-fi classic Blade Runner.
The former WWE champion hinted at his new role with a April 2nd tweet that showed him holding an origami unicorn, a reference to the original film.

The Division’s Game Breaking Bug to Be Fixed in Newest Update
The Division's game breaking bug, which locks players out of their accounts after crafting a High-End backpack, will be fixed in the game's upcoming 1.1 update.
Speaking on The Division's forums, community manager Natchai Stappers announced the fix would come on April 12 alongside the newest update.
"We will be deploying a fix in update 1.1 on April 12th that should resolve instances of the infinite loading/backpack issue," Stappers said. "Due to this fix requiring a client patch, we cannot deploy it at an earlier date. We thank you for your patience."
Until the fix is issued, Ubisoft is advising players to avoid the bug by not attaching mods to items not being used.
Play a Fully 3D Legend of Zelda Tribute in Your Browser
Two fans have created a fully 3D, voxel-based and, most importantly, playable version of the original Legend of Zelda to celebrate the game's upcoming 30th anniversary. You can play it in your browser right now - even on mobile.
Nintendo may well take action against the use of its property in such a way, but the game currently remains playable on its website (thanks, Nintendo Life).
Michael Shannon Would Don Flippers For a Film
Back in August, Michael Shannon sent the internet into meltdown by claiming that in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, his character would have “flippers instead of hands.”
He later back-tracked, and anyone who has seen the movie knows that the brief appearance of General Zod is indeed flipperless. But when we recently spoke to the actor about new film Midnight Special – which hits UK screens April 8 – the subject of spoilers and flippers again came up.
“Yeah promoting – the only problem comes when people want information that you’re not supposed to give them” he explained. “And that can be at a studio level. It can be at an independent level. That’s the only tricky part. I’ve actually – I don’t know if this made it over here, across the ocean, but there was ‘Flippergate’ – did you hear about ‘Flippergate’?
This 24-Karat Gold NES Is the Stuff of Retro Dreams
If you are a true connoisseur of retro gaming, and money is no object, hardware manufacturer Analogue might have just the console for you.
The company has taken its already-high end Analogue Nt NES console and plated it inside and out with 24k gold. The gold edition is limited to only 10 units and are being offered to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda's release.
If you aren't familiar with the Analogue Nt, it's a console for playing NES games. However, rather than simply dump cartridge ROMs and run them through emulation, as is the case with other retro game consoles, the Analogue Nt is built with actual Nintendo Entertainment System hardware.
The base model Nt houses the hardware in a shell of aircraft-grade aluminum and will set you back a cool $500. However, Analogue promises unparalleled compatibility with all games and peripherals, as the hardware is a perfect match. It also outputs through your choice of RGB or HDMI, something the original NES doesn't do without hardware mods or help from inline devices.

More Evidence of a Ninth Planet in Our Solar System Emerges
Further evidence suggesting a "hidden" ninth planet in our Solar System has emerged, according to planetary astronomer and "Pluto Killer", Mike Brown.
Jones originally concluded the existence of Planet Nine after observing the behaviour of six objects in the Kuiper Belt, a band of material beyond Neptune.

The Key to Getting an Uncharted Movie Right, According to Naughty Dog
Plans to make movie adaptations of Naughty Dog's franchises Uncharted and The Last of Us are still in the works, though neither will be hitting the big screen in the near future.
During a press event showcasing gameplay for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, IGN had a chance to speak with game director Neil Druckmann (who also wrote The Last of Us' movie script) and ask for updates on the two projects. According to him, Naughty Dog has only been "somewhat involved" in the development of the Uncharted film, which Sony currently has slated for a June 30, 2017 release date.
