Daily Deals: PS Plus, PS4 With 43-Inch TV, Sound Bar With Speakers and Sub
Grab This Sound Bar and Speaker Set and Ditch Your TV's Crummy Speakers
The speakers in your TV? Sorry, but they're not good, and they're pointed at the wall behind your TV, not your face. The solution? External speakers, like this Vizio sound bar set with satellite speakers and subwoofer. I have this set, sans speakers, and I love it. I'm no longer turning the TV's volume up to hear dialogue, then frantically turning it back down when something explodes or music plays.
This set is typically $450, and previously the lowest price I've ever seen it go for was $30, but right now it's only $300. This is a perfect entry-level system to your TV room into a home theater.
Game of Thrones Actor Joins Kingsman: The Golden Circle
Pedro Pascal, who played Oberyn Martell on Game of Thrones, is now part of the cast of Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
The follow-up to 2015's Kingsman: The Secret Service sees Pascal as a character named Jack Daniels, according to a report from Deadline.
Halle Berry and Julianne Moore are also rumored to be involved in the sequel.
Pascal's most infamous role may be that of Oberyn Martell, but the actor also plays Javier Pena in the Netflix series Narcos, a show we called one of the top 10 Netflix original shows.
Edge of Tomorrow Sequel Finds Its Writers
The sequel to Tom Cruise's Edge of Tomorrow has found its writers. Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse will pen the follow-up to the sci-fi hit.
According to Deadline, Shrapnel and Waterhouse are in high demand after writing the Jesse Owens biopic Race. The pair have also collaborated on a re-write of Sony's The Grey Man, as well as an adaptation of Circle of Treason, based on a book written by former CIA agents.
The original movie didn't set the domestic box office on fire, but Edge of Tomorrow did go on to earn a respectable $270 million USD internationally. It's domestic and international take put the film at $370 million.

PS4 3.50 Update Has Unannounced Features
After the introduction of PS4's 3.50 update, users on Reddit have reported finding several features that were not announced previously.
These range from the reintroduction of USB music playback - which was removed in a previous update - to a reported (although not fully confirmed) ability to use 4TB hard drives without problems.
Alongside those are the ability set a party member limit, improvements to the Live from PlayStation menu to help with easy searching, and the option to disable the console's screenshot notification pop-up (letting you take multiple screenshots without capturing the pop-up too).

My Chemical Romance Frontman Heading DC Comics’ New Imprint
The Umbrella Academy writer and former My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way is curating a new DC Comics popup imprint.
Young Animal, the imprint intended for "mature readers," will feature four series under Way's creative direction.
"I am thrilled to help bring DC's Young Animal to life, having been raised on experimental 80s and 90s takes on superheroes," Way said.
Young Animal's four titles are Doom Patrol; Shade, The Changing Girl; Cave Carson Has a Cybernetic Eye; and Mother Panic. Way spoke on the DC All Access panel at Emerald City Comicon, and said these stories will allow the publisher to "explore fine art, bold concepts, mature themes, and strangeness—with a lot of heart."
