First Image From New DuckTales Series
Disney released the first image from its all-new animated comedy DuckTales, based on its 1987 Emmy-winning series. Disney Animation Television is set to produce the show, which will air on Disney XD in 2017.
And from the looks of it, the gang seems to be getting themselves into some serious adventures.
Disney XD's DuckTales reboot brings back Scrooge McDuck and his grandnephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, and—of course—Donald Duck.
According to Marc Buhaj, senior vice president of programming, Disney XD "drew its inspiration from Disney legend Carl Barks' comic books," which set an "enduring standard for animated entertainment that connects with both kids and adults." The network hopes to bring "the same energy and adventurous spirit" to the new generation.
The Magicians’ Kacey Rohl on the Joys of Being Bad
Hannibal alum Kacey Rohl has a notable recurring role as the very powerful, very dangerous Hedge Witch, Marina, on Syfy’s The Magicians these days, but that should come as no surprise, because the Canadian actress seems to be appearing on just about every other show these days.
In the past month, besides her recurring role on The Magicians, Rohl has been seen in The X-Files and iZombie, and she’s currently filming the second season of Wayward Pines, debuting this summer. On top of that, she’ll be guest starring on Once Upon a Time this coming Sunday, playing Megara, as the show delves into a storyline about Hercules.
I spoke to Rohl about what’s to come on The Magicians with Marina, what Marina thinks of Julia and Kady and what to make of a character whose protection skills cause you to gush blood from your head if you try and steal from her.
Warcraft Lore: A Quick and Easy Guide
With both the Warcraft movie coming out and a new World of Warcraft expansion in the works, now's a good time to brush up on your Azerothian history with this gnome-sized primer.
The Warcraft universe has witnessed an absurd degree of retconning over its 22-year existence, but the following accurately reflects the lore as it currently stands… we think.
In the beginning were the titans — colossal metallic beings who brought order to the newborn universe by shaping the landscapes and races of millions of worlds. No one knows what came before them, but these benevolent rulers kept these worlds safe from the demons living in the interdimensional plane of the Twisting Nether.
DC’s Super Hero High Animated Special Airing March 19th
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment's Super Hero High will debut on Saturday, March 19 on Cartoon Network spinoff channel Boomerang.
In addition to the hour-long special, DC Entertainment is also releasing "exclusive shorts" on the Cartoon Network video app, and they're available now.
When Supergirl comes crashing into the Super Hero High cafeteria, she meets I.T. genius Barbara Gordon, who takes the powerful new kid under her wing. Barbara helps Supergirl understand her powers with the help of Wonder Woman, a hero who becomes a trusted friend and mentor to the Kryptonian teen.
Spider-Man Reboot Lands Zendaya
Actress and singer Zendaya has been cast in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot.
The Disney Channel star, known for her roles in Shake It Up! and K.C. Undercover, will play a character named Michelle, according to Deadline. Although no other details are known, it's possible she could be portraying character Michele Gonzales, who first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #592 and later became Peter Parker's roommate and possible love interest.

Peter Capaldi Has Been Asked to Stay on Doctor Who With New Producer
When Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat leaves the popular BBC series in 2017, the network wants actor Peter Capaldi to stay on-board as the Twelfth Doctor.
Broadchurch creator Chris Chibnall will take over after Moffat's final 12-part run next season.
"I've been asked to stay on, but it's such a long time before I have to make that decision," Capaldi told Radio Times. "Steven's been absolutely wonderful, so I love working with him. Chris is fantastic, and I think he's a hugely talented guy." Capaldi went on to say he hasn't made up his mind just yet regarding whether he'll return after Moffat's departure.
Pilot Ordered for DC Comics/Vertigo Adaptation Scalped
WGN America has ordered a pilot for DC Comics adaptation Scalped. DC's chief creative officer, Geoff Johns, is attached to executive produce the show.
Doug Jung, who wrote several episodes of Banshee, will write the script and serve as executive producer. The comic book series, which ran under DC's Vertigo imprint, was originally written by Jason Aaron and illustrated by R.M. Guéra, and per The Hollywood Reporter, tells a "modern-day crime story set in the world of a Native American Indian reservation."

How Community: Season 6 Changed the Series
On the eve of Community: Season 6 being released on DVD and digital download, IGN can debut an exclusive clip featuring the cast and creator of the series explaining why they decided to make the latest season, which debuted on Yahoo! Screen.
Check out the full clip below:
"I'm very proud of the end result on screen because it successfully moved a very kind of manicured 22-minute network sitcom that was very much representative of the old world, and we got to watch it walk through a curtain into the new world and see these mutations happen," creator Dan Harmon said. "It made it feel like there was a reason for there to be a Season 6. It wasn't just, 'Oh, let's rescue this show and put it on the Internet."
