Game of Thrones: What’s Ahead for Podrick and Brienne

Podrick Payne has to be one of the luckiest characters on Game of Thrones -- not only because he's still alive as the series heads into Season 6 (a rare feat these days), but because he's had two of the best mentors in Westeros. For the first few seasons, Daniel Portman's character squired for Tyrion Lannister, before taking up with Brienne of Tarth in recent years.

With Brienne, Podrick has been on the hunt to rescue Sansa Stark, though that journey was waylaid a bit at the end of Season 5. In promotion for Game of Thrones' Season 5 Blu-ray, Portman got on the phone to reflect on Pod's previous season and cue up what's ahead for him and Brienne in Season 6. He also talked about his character's relationship with Tyrion Lannister and explained how he thinks characters most misjudge Pod.

Dark Souls: 9 Weirdest Ways People Have Played

Dark Souls is a notoriously challenging game, but when you've played it over and over again, overcoming even its hardest obstacles becomes second nature. To raise the difficulty even higher and really put their skills to the test, the talented players featured below have decided to get downright ridiculous.

Not by finishing the game at SL1, or speed running, or even attempting NG+7 while permanently Gravelorded. These folks have gone all in, using increasingly hilarious control schemes - from voice commands to a Rock Band guitar - to not only play Dark Souls, but beat it.

Check out the full list below or watch the video up top for a few of our favorites.

According to a Reddit AMA hosted by Bearzly, this Rock Band guitar run (one of his most iconic) took him 11.25 hours to complete. He names Ornstein and Smough the hardest boss fight using this method and Sen's Fortress the hardest area.

Written by Brian Michael Bendis & Drawn by Alex Maleev | Marvel

Brian Bendis doesn't do things by half measures. In the tradition of his Avengers and X-Men runs, Bendis is doubling up on Iron man and kicking off a second ongoing series starring Tony Stark this week. Luckily, we've been pretty keen on Invincible Iron Man so far, so the idea of a second series fills us with anticipation rather than dread.

Actor Has No Regrets About Game of Thrones Spoiler

Deadwood actor Ian McShane is not particularly upset over fans angered by his potential spoilers for Game of Thrones: Season 6. Warning: those possible spoilers follow.

The internet went nuts when McShane—who has a "relatively small amount" of screen time on Game of Thrones, but is of "key importance"—hinted at his role in November, and again in early March. "You say the slightest thing and the Internet goes ape," McShane told the Telegraph. "I was accused of giving the plot away, but I just think get a f**king life. It’s only tits and dragons."

Tacoma Delayed

The Fullbright Co. has pushed Tacoma back to the first half of 2017.

The Gone Home developer explained the delay on the company's blog, saying changes are needed with the adventure game after receiving feedback on an early Tacoma build.

"... After we did our big unveiling last summer, we sent out a playtest build to a bunch of fellow developers we trust, took a long hard look at their feedback and our own feelings on where we were at, and decided to re-examine and rework a number of the core assumptions we’d held about the game," Fullbright said.

"How would gravity really work on a deep-space facility like Tacoma? What are we trying to say about the function and implications of augmented reality — and how does the player interact meaningfully with the story content in the game, in a fundamentally different way than anything we’ve worked on before?"
