Titanfall Dev’s Secret Project is a Third-Person Action-Adventure

In addition to a Titanfall sequel, Respawn Entertainment is working on a new third-person action-adventure game, according to a recent job listing.

Posted on Gamasutra (via GameSpot), the job listing for a Senior Level Designer reads: "We are now recruiting designers for two game development projects - a new game in the Titanfall universe as well as a new 3rd person action/adventure IP."

In late 2014, the developer revealed it had split into two teams, with the second, smaller team working on a "non-Titanfall related" project. The project may be headed by God of War 3 game director Stig Asmussen, who joined Respawn in June 2014 to work on something unrelated to Titanfall.

Are These Netflix’s Viewership Numbers?

If NBC Universal's numbers are right, then some of Netflix's top shows don't stack up to NBC favorites like The Voice and Blind Spot. The company announced that it's found a way to track numbers for the popular streaming service.

"The notion that they are replacing broadcast TV may not be quite accurate," said President of Research and Media Development Alan Wurtzel at the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour today.

His numbers come from Symphony, a San Francisco company that uses viewing preferences by using "audio content recognition technology software loaded on to users' phones that tracks viewership by capturing the soundtrack of a program.

The research showed that from September through December, Marvel's Jessica Jones averaged around 4.8 million viewers, while Narcos brought in 3.2 million viewers. Aziz Ansari's comedy Master of None, Wurtzel said, had 3.9 million viewers.

Supergirl: What’s in Store for Martian Manhunter

Supergirl delivered a big surprise a few weeks back, when it was revealed that David Harewood’s Hank Henshaw was in fact actually the alien J’onn J’onzz, known to DC Comics fans as the Martian Manhunter.

During a visit to the set of Supergirl this week, Harewood and the producers discussed this notable reveal and what it means for the character and show.

Supergirl EP Andrew Kreisberg had previously revealed that the seeds of making Hank actually J’onn began while the pilot was being filmed and the producers observed that Harewood would make a great J'onn - only for DC’s Geoff Johns to suggest they simply make that the case.
