Deadpool: 7 New Movie Posters

20th Century Fox has released seven new posters for its upcoming Deadpool movie.

The wait for Deadpool is almost over, as it hits theaters in less than a month, On February 10 in the UK, February 11 in Australia/NZ, and February 12 in North America.

Practical Effects for Rey’s Instant Bread Took 3 Months to Develop

The Star Wars: The Force Awakens special effects team spent months developing the instantly-rising bread that Rey eats while on Jakku. Special effects supervisor Chris Corbould told MTV News that it wasn't CGI; it was entirely real.

Corbould said it took around three months to get the bread just right – a long time for a prop that's on screen for just a few seconds.

"It started off with the mechanics of getting the bread to rise and the liquid to disappear, but then there was the ongoing problem of what color should the bread be? What consistency should it be?" Corbould asked. "Should it have cracks in it? Should it not have cracks in it?"

Oxenfree Collector’s Edition Revealed

Night School Studio has unveiled the Collector’s Edition for its upcoming supernatural thriller Oxenfree.

Created in partnership with iam8bit, the Collector’s Edition will include a code to download the game, a cooler to carry a six-pack of your beverage of choice, a stash can made out of a real beer or soda can to store small items in, and a can insulator to keep your drink cool.

Also included will be a map, which doubles as a poster on the reverse side, and ferry ticket to Edwards Island, and a cassette tape featuring a music demo from Ren's band, the Redheaded Bedwetters, something we used to listen to music on before the Internet came along. A code is included to download the Redheaded Betwetters EP instead of forcing you to hit your local thrift store for a cassette player.

Mr. Robot Gears Up for Season 2

Given the sheer amount of scripted shows on the air today, it seems harder than ever to truly stand out from the pack. But that's exactly what USA's Mr. Robot did this past summer, giving us an awesomely off-kilter story about a drug-addled, paranoid hacker who gets recruited to help take down one of the world's biggest, and greediest, corporations.

Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail, along with stars Rami Malek and Christian Slater (who just won a Golden Globe for his performance this past weekend), appeared at the TCA Winter Press Tour to answer questions about Season 1 - and to tease the upcoming Season 2!

New Maz Info Revealed in Star Wars Deleted Scene

An unreleased deleted scene from Star Wars: The Force Awakens may shine a bit of light on one of the film's more mysterious characters, Maz Kanata (played by Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o).

The bit comes from an interview with Collider, which grilled members of the movie's visual effects staff on what was cut from the final film. Obviously, the description of said cuts get into some minor spoiler territory. Turn back now if you want to remain unsullied.

President Obama Injecting $4 Billion Into Self-Driving Cars

Development of self-driving vehicles is getting a big push from the U.S. government, as it plans to invest nearly $4 billion in the technology over the next ten years.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx took to the Detroit Auto Show earlier today to announce President Obama's FY 2017 budget proposal, as well as several new initiatives that would "accelerate" the development of driveless vehicles. Foxx was joined on stage by executives from General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Tesla, Google and Delphi.

"We are on the cusp of a new era in automotive technology with enormous potential to save lives, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and transform mobility for the American people," said Secretary Foxx in a statement.
