Five Nights at Freddy’s World Pulled From Steam
Five Nights at Freddy's World has been taken off of Steam by developer Scott Cawthon.
The FNaF RPG spinoff released January 21, but was pulled from sale today. Cawthon took to Steam to explain his decision.
"Even though the game had a 'Very Positive' rating with 87%, I was not satisfied with the reviews and ratings it was getting," he wrote.
As far as refunds go, Cawthon added that he's reached out to Valve and asked them to refund anyone who's purchased the game "regardless of the amount of the time it has been owned, meaning that anyone can get a refund at any time."

The Magicians: Exploring the Adult Side of Magic
Based on the books by Lev Grossman, The Magicians, debuting Monday night on Syfy, tells the story of Quentin Coldwater (Jason Ralph), a graduate student accepted into Brakebills College, a school that will hone Quentin’s real life magic skills. As Quentin learns about an amazing world he never knew was real, his best friend, Julia (Stella Maeve), goes on a very different path, after not being accepted into Brakebills – instead gaining magical knowledge from a secret society.
The Magicians comes from executive producers Sera Gamble and John McNamara. On a visit to the Vancouver set of The Magicians, I spoke to Gamble (a Supernatural veteran) about what appealed to her about the project, how the story will develop moving forward, the decidedly adult content The Magicians contains and her response to those comparing the story to Harry Potter.
