Crystal Pepsi Is Back, Now With Caffeine
Crystal Pepsi, the disconcertingly transparent cola beverage, is officially back as part of the Pepsi pantheon of products.
The company made the announcement via its official YouTube channel, but it also employed the help of Crystal Pepsi superfan Kevin Stralhe, better known as the L.A. Beast.
Stralhe has been after PepsiCo for some time to revive its clear beverage. He took his super-fandom so far as to use online auction sites to order bottles from the original run in the early '90s to quench his Crystal Pepsi thirst. The company hand delivered the first 6-pack of the drink to Stralhe's home in appreciation of his commitment to the see-through flavored sugar water.
Bethesda Opens New Games Studio
Bethesda Game Studios is opening a new office in Montreal, Quebec. The new studio is intended to expand Bethesda's current development capabilities in "console, PC, and mobile gaming."
Todd Howard, Bethesda Game Studio's executive producer, said Bethesda has worked with "very talented developers" in Montreal for quite some time, and the company "decided it was time to open a studio there."
The studio will be managed by Yves Lachance. Lachance worked with Behavior Interactive, the studio behind the iOS and Android versions of Fallout tie-in Fallout Shelter.
Lachance said he is "thrilled" to be opening an office in Montreal and "contributing our city’s great game-making talent" to help develop future Bethesda games.

The next wave of Animal Crossing amiibo will arrive in Europe on January 29, 2016.
The latest wave, which features Blathers, Celeste, Resetti, and Kicks, was first spotted on the Nintendo site back in October.

In our review of Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival, which may-or-may-not induce narcolepsy, we said “I almost fell asleep while playing Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival. I started to snooze on my sofa, so I told myself that the GamePad was dying anyway and literally went to my room to take a nap instead of playing.”
