Destiny Players Can Now Pay to Boost Their Character Level
Players can now pay real money to boost their characters to level 25 in Destiny.
The microtransactions popped up today on the French PlayStation Store. The three packs - one for every Guardian class – each contain a single-use item which boosts the player’s level to 25.
Each pack retails for €30 a pop, and while we don’t have confirmation of other regional pricing yet, NeoGAF members reckon UK pricing is £25 per use. You can expect more details to be released later today once the PS Store updates.

Changes Coming to Rainbow Six Siege Playlists
Changes are coming to Tom Clancy's Rainbox Six Siege playlists this month, Ubisoft has confirmed in a post to the Ubisoft forums. The game's casual and ranked playlists will be updated.
In mid-December, Ubisoft plans to sync up the HUD of the casual and ranked playlists, making the experience as consistent as possible. The idea is to allow casual players to "feel welcome to try a more 'competitive' playlist and get a rating for their performances, without having to re-learn or re-adapt to new settings." By evening out the experience, ranked players will be able to try out new strategies in the casual playlist, without compromising their rankings.

Winter Veil is coming, and with it, Heroes of the Storm is getting a new mount and more. The event begins this week, presumably with the update coming tomorrow.
For the duration of the event, players will gain access to the Festive Treasure Goblin mount, which is a riff on Diablo III's Treasure Goblin, but with more candy canes, bells, and bows. Blizzard stresses that this mount cannot be unlocked or purchased - it's free and available to all - and will disappear from the Nexus once Winter Veil ends.

Loki is back! Jason Aaron said from the beginning that he was saving Loki for a big story that he really wanted to tell, and it looks like he’s ready to kick it off. We’re already over the moon for Jane Foster as Thor, battling cancer while saving the world with her new godly powers, so adding Loki to the mix will certainly spice things up even more.
