LG Made a True Power User’s Phone and No One Cared
The year is winding down and everyone’s taking a look back at the best tech of the year, myself included. After choosing my Best Smartphones of 2015 nominees, I was surprised to see the LG V10 left off so many top lists.
Taking a look at the numbers, the LG G4 and V10 haven’t been doing so well. The G4 sold 240,000 phones in two months in Korea, while its competitors like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge sold 1.3 million in the same amount of time. The V10 is struggling in the US because of its high pricing, prompting LG to slash its price from $700 to $600 on T-Mobile. The company is also offering a free spare battery, charging cradle, and 64GB microSD card when you buy the V10 during the holidays.
Hideo Kojima ‘Contractually Forbidden’ From Talking Konami
According to a recent interview, Hideo Kojima is "contractually forbidden," from discussing his split from Konami.
Despite not being able to talk about the specifics of the split, Kojima did explain to The New Yorker some of the struggles many AAA publishers face in today’s market.
"The only way to create high-end games is to target the global market," says Kojima. "But in order to target the global market, the management behind the project needs to have a keen sense for what will work, and be willing to take risks."
"If you’re only focussed on the profits immediately in front of you, the times will leave you behind," he said. "It becomes impossible to catch up again."

The Best Games of 2015
Everyone has their own pick. Is it Fallout 4, or maybe The Witcher 3? Gav, Krupa and Alex certainly know their favourite games of 2015, some of which you will probably agree with and some you might not - but that's okay, because individual tastes and all that. The most important thing is that 2015 has been yet another great year for games, whether it's indie darlings like Her Story breaking new ground or Kojima's Konami swansong, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain.
So don't get in a huff because we didn't pick your favourite (we probably did love it, it just wasn't on our list), but be thankful for yet another bountiful 12 months!
BioShock Creator: ‘Gamers Want An Experience That Lasts More Than 10 Hours’
Ken Levine, creator of the BioShock series, has confirmed that his new game will feature a "small-scale open world".
Talking to the On Point show (via Gamespot), Levine stated that "AAA, single-player narrative games" were "starting to disappear", suggesting that tastes were shifting, and gamers today want a longer, more replayable games.
"The real reason
is they're very expensive to make and I think gamers are saying pretty loud and clear that if they're going to spend $40, $50, $60, they want an experience that lasts more than 10-12 hours. That's a lot to ask somebody to spend."

The sculpts have been crafted by Gentle Giant Studios. Each figure will retail for $25 a pop.

Uncharted’s Best Moments
From bombastic explosive set-pieces to quieter moments of exploration, Naughty Dog’s Uncharted series has a stack of highlights and its fair share of hidden gems to boot. Take a look below to whet your appetite or dive straight into the video to relive some classic hijinks with Nathan Drake and the gang in Uncharted’s Best Moments.
Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune kicked it all off back when the PS3 launched. Nate and sidekick Sully find a submarine in a strange place and it’s the first time we really see Drake in action, scaling fortress walls where even the slightest mistake could see him plummet to his death. Death, however, seems altogether more attractive compared to the fate the treasure hunters meet in chapter 17, the Heart of the Vault.

Power Rangers, The Divergent Series: Ascendant Delayed
Lionsgate has announced new North American release dates for its upcoming Power Rangers movie and the final Divergent film.
Instead of opening on January 13, 2017, Saban's Power Rangers will now open two months later on March 24, Variety reports. Meanwhile, The Divergent Series: Ascendant, which was originally scheduled to open in that March slot, has been pushed to June 9.
This isn't the first time the Mighty Morphin film has been delayed. Power Rangers was originally slated to hit theaters on July 22, 2016, but earlier this year Lionsgate announced a six-month delay, pushing the film to 2017.
