The Soup Ending on E!
The Soup is ending after 22 years, E! has announced.
Variety reports the series that pokes fun at reality TV and talk shows will air its final episode on December 18 at 10 PM. New episodes will continue to air on Fridays leading up to the finale.
The Soup has seen a number of hosts since it began in 1991 as "Talk Soup," including Greg Kinnear, John Henson, Hal Sparks, and Aisha Tyler. After Tyler it went off the air for two years, and was rebranded as "The Soup" in 2004 with host Joel McHale taking over. McHale signed an extension deal in October 2014 to extend the show through 2016, but it appears that deal has been cut short.
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir Gets Storybook Edition for PS4
Atlus announced today that it will be producing one of the largest special editions they've ever done for the upcoming role-playing game Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, exclusively for the PlayStation 4 version of the game.
The $80 Storybook Edition will come with a 64-page hardcover art book, a Potion Recipe t-shirt, a collector's metal slipcase to hold the game, an unrevealed art print and an outer box to hold all of it in one package.
For those picking up the non-Storybook Edition, there will still be a softcover version of the art book available alongside the standard version of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir at select unannounced retailers, for the PS4, Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita versions of the game.
TDKR Actor Eyed for Justice League Dark Villain?

According to Heroic Hollywood, sources claim the studio is looking cast Mendelsohn as the DC Comics villain. However, the actor's involvement is reportedly contingent upon who ends up directing the film.
Hoverboards/Self-Balancing Scooters Are Illegal in NYC
New York City has decided that 'hoverboards,' aka self-balancing skateboards, are illegal.
If this sounds at all familiar, it's probably because the UK made a similar declaration last month, when it explained that these scooters are technically motor vehicles and must adhere to proper traffic laws. They don't.
On Monday, the NYPD's 26th Precinct twitter account tweeted out the following message: "Be advised that the electric hoverboard is illegal as per NYC Admin. Code 19-176.2." The tweet itself was soon deleted, but not before the Gothamist took a screenshot of it.

‘Lovely and Horrible’ Sports Game Headed to PS4
Push Me Pull You looks like a bizarre blend of The Human Centipede and Sportsfriends. It's also coming to PlayStation 4 in 2016.
"Push Me Pull You is a lovely and horrible two-on-two sports game that’s all about cooperation, because you are literally joined to your partner," director Michael McMaster explains on the PlayStation Blog. "Players need to work together to keep control of the ball, pulling it along or wrapping it up tight with their long stretchy torso."
The game was originally designed with four players in mind. However, developer House House says it will include configurations for multiple setups. So two players will be able to go head-to-head, while up to four can share just two controllers.
Quicksilver’s Apocalypse Scene Teased
Evan Peters' Quicksilver was briefly featured in X-Men: Days of Future Past, but the actor said that audiences can expect to see a "bigger, longer and more detailed" scene for the speedster in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse.
In an interview with Collider, Peters said that the team spent 22 days shooting a new scene where "Quicksilver does his thing."
Quicksilver is a mutant who can move at high-velocity speeds, often appearing as a blur to the regular human eye. In Days of Future Past, this was portrayed in a sequence where Peters moved in real-time, while the world around him was slowed down -- a technique it sounds like they'll be using again in Apocalypse.
