Sony has revealed its lineup of free games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers in December, with Gauntlet: Slayer Edition leading the charge on PS4.

Ken Block’s Hoonicorn Mustang Available in Need for Speed No Limits
EA has confirmed players will be able to drive Ken Block’s unique 845hp V8, all-wheel drive 1965 Ford Mustang in Need for Speed No Limits this week.
EA explained that players will be able to use the car in Need for Speed No Limits’ Xtreme Racing Championships (XRC), with Block in tow in his 2014 Ford Fiesta Hoonigan. Win the XRC and you’ll take home the Mustang in-game.
Block’s Mustang, dubbed the Hoonicorn, was unveiled in November 2014. The debut of the vehicle actually leaked the existence of the then-unannounced game Need for Speed No Limits, the logo of which appeared several times on the freshly revealed car. The Hoonicorn is also being made available for players to use in the recently released Need for Speed for PS4 and Xbox One in the game’s first update.

Dying Light Expansion, Season Pass Prices Change
Dying Light expansion The Following, and the game’s season pass, will both receive a price increase.
The Following expansion will instead cost $19.99 / €19.99 / £15.99, while from December 8, the season pass is going to set you back $29.99 / €29.99 / £23.99.
Anyone who purchases the season pass before December 8, or has already purchased it, will not need to pay any extra.
“Over the past weeks Dying Light: The Following has almost reached its final stage: main quests, side quests, new skills, and driving challenges are ready,” say Techland in a press release.
“We now are moving into the polishing period. Looking at it, it’s clear how big the expansion pack has grown – it could be a stand-alone title, but since it would mean a launch delay, we decided against it.”

PS4 Sales Pass 30 Million Worldwide
Sony has today announced that the PlayStation 4 has sold through over 30.2 million units since its release in November, 2013. The figure is current as of November 22, a little over two years on from release.
The figure sees the PS4 continue to demonstrate the fastest and strongest growth in PlayStation hardware history, says Sony, meaning the PS4 is still outpacing the PS2 for now.
Sony notes the PS4 system is currently available in 124 countries and regions worldwide.
Sony revealed last month that the lifetime total of PS4s sold had risen to 29.3 million and, as a result of this overperformance, raised the forecasted number of PS4 consoles it expects to sell this year from 16.5 million to 17.5 million. Last year it sold 14.8 million.
