Star Wars Battlefront Includes Han Solo, Leia, Palpatine

In addition to Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, and Boba Fett, Star Wars Battlefront players will get the chance to step into the shoes of Han Solo, Leia, and Emperor Palpatine, Electronic Arts has confirmed.

In a post on PlayStation Blog, Lead Hero Designer Jamie Keen announced the trio of iconic characters will be joining the fray as playable heroes. Get an up-close look at all three in the gallery below.

Leia has been designed as a support character who also packs a "hard-hitting, boosted blaster shot" called the Trooper Bane. Meanwhile, Han Solo was "mainly designed for lone wolves" who's all about "offensive output, damage, and mobility."

Baron Zemo Won’t Wear His Mask in Captain America: Civil War

Baron Zemo will be in Captain America: Civil War, but he won't be wearing his normal purple mask.

"He does not wear the mask," said Baron Zemo actor Daniel Brühl in an interview with Business Insider. In the comics, a substance called Adhesive X was spilled over him during a fight with Captain America, which meant he could never take it off.

"You would be surprised, it's different than what you'd think," said Brühl. "It's loosely connected to this character. But that's what I like about the Marvel guys, some of the characters and things they're dealing with always reference to current events so my character is from a different area than you would think."

Jurassic World Star Wants His Character to Die

BD Wong has confirmed that he'd love to return for the Jurassic World sequel, and wouldn't mind seeing Dr. Henry Wu die. "I would be happy to return," the actor told IGN.

"Even if it's only to experience some cinematic version of the death Henry Wu experiences in the original Michael Crichton novel. That would be perfectly great to me to have a movie death like that on my reel. I would love that. It would be great."

In the source novel, Wu is ambushed by a pack of Velociraptors and eaten alive in rather grisly fashion. BD Wong was the only member of the original Jurassic Park cast to return for Jurassic World. His character became much more developed and was responsible for the genetic splicing that created the Indominus Rex.

Stunts in the Point Break Remake Will Blow Your Mind

This morning IGN watched a whole heap of clips from the Point Break remake that nobody asked for, and the footage was actually pretty amazing; the new film filled with spectacular stunts that have to be seen to be believed.

That's because director Ericson Core has used little in the way of CGI to tell his story, and even employed very few traditional stuntmen, instead calling upon the best extreme athletes in the world to bring their respective sports to life onscreen.

We were therefore treated to nail-biting sequences built around motorcross, sky-diving, wingsuit-flying and, of course, surfing, with a spot of Fight Club thrown in for good measure. The best part? Pretty much all of it's shot in-camera.

SEGA Trademark Points to New Valkyria Chronicles Title

SEGA has trademarked “Aoki Kakumei no Valkyria”, which loosely translates to “Valkyria of the Blue Revolution.”

That’s the news according to Hachima Kikou (via Gematsu). Does this mean a new Valkyria Chronicles title is in development? We’ve reached out to SEGA and will update should we hear back.

Valkyria Chronicles was a bit of a surprise hit, at least on PC in 2014. After release, it managed to jump straight to the top of the Steam charts in less than 24-hours.
