Why Batman Embraces His Scary New Powers to Fight Crime

Tomorrow will see the first tie-in to Justice League's Darkseid War, a one-shot featuring Batman as the God of Knowledge using his vast new powers to fight Gotham's crime in a whole new way. You'd think having that much power would make Batman even better, but it has sharply changed his personality; he's now cold and detached, hyper-possessive of the Mobius chair that made him a god, and increasingly arrogant as he hovers over others to reinforce that he's above them, literally and metaphorically.

Justice League: Darkseid War - Batman #1 is written by Peter J. Tomasi and drawn by Fernando Pasarin, with a cover by Francis Manapul. We hopped on the phone with both Tomasi and Manapul to talk about working on the Darkseid War, plus we explore Batman's motivations for using his new powers in such extreme ways, and ask about Batman's potential to use them on his all-time greatest nemesis, the Joker.

Wrestling Wrap Up: Reigns Wins a Shot at Seth Rollins

I'll say this much: Even though more than a few of us were not looking forward to Roman Reigns taking over as Seth Rollins new challenger, Monday's RAW was killer. And that final main event - featuring Reigns, Ziggler, Owens, and Del Rio - was really freakin' fun.

And I have mentioned before that facing off against Rollins is probably the best spot for Reigns, who still has a big chunk of the crowd to win over. Rollins is loved and respected by many, but people are still longing to see him lose in a big way. And so he's got enough heel heat to help anyone he's facing get over. And with Reigns comes a whole Shield history that only adds to, and accentuates, the proceedings.

Limitless: Is Bradley Cooper’s Morra the Bad Guy?

Despite his jam-packed movie schedule, Bradley Cooper is making good on his promise to be a recurring presence on Limitless -- which he is an executive producer on -- returning to the series on tonight’s episode for the first time since the pilot.

Of course, an interesting aspect of the TV show is that Cooper’s Edward Morra, who was the lead in the film Limitless, is such an ominous and even threatening presence to Brian Finch (Jake McDorman). On a recent visit to the New York set of Limitless, McDorman talked to me about whether we should see Morra as a villain.

IGN: Edward Morra's presence is felt even when Bradley isn't seen on the show. But you increasingly have to ask "How ominous is he?" And they've reminded us, he was pretty damn threatening in the premiere. Are you excited about the prospect of that maybe being an antagonist relationship and maybe taking on Bradley as the enemy?

5 Things to Know About Battleborn Multiplayer

With Battleborn's closed technical test hitting this week, we finally got the chance to take a deep hands-on dive into its competitive scene. And with its 25 heroes, a unique on-the-fly progression system, multiple objective-based modes and gear that you activate as you go, there’s a lot you’re going to want to keep track of. Here are five things to know about Battleborn’s competitive multiplayer.

Competitive Battleborn might still be a shooter at its core, but the only thing more valuable than being a one-man tornado of destruction is knowing how to play as a team. Many heroes are designed with support in mind - the tankier heroes that mix things up, or the healers and shielders that keep the squishier damage dealers alive.
