We Cut an Amiibo in Half and it was Almost Impossible

If there’s anything we’ve learned from trying to split one of Nintendo’s amiibo in half, it’s that they’re damn tough. This was supposed to be a simple assignment - cut an amiibo in half, and document the results for the world.

We've since learned the hard way that Nintendo's line of interactive figures are made of near-impossible to cut polystyrene mixtures, unless you’ve got a hacksaw, some pliers and a lot of willpower.

Lucky for us, we  had all of the above:

Wrestling Wrap Up: Rollins to Face Sting and Cena at NOC

I don't know, guys and gals. I was riding a super high wave coming off SummerSlam and that whole weekend and the following night's RAW with the Stinger and the Dudleys and the whatnot. And now...?

Staring-Confused-Ron-Swanson

This week's RAW be like "Hey, you got three great shows in a row. We're shocked too! It's time to settle in to what you know. Get ready for turds."

So Sting came out (to a tepid Tampa crowd who was bad and should feel bad) to reveal his big motivation for going after Rollins last week. And it was to say that... Rollins was a s***ty champ. Fine. I get that argument for a babyface challenger. Rollins is "a joke." He cheats. He's slimy. Greasy. Oily. Okay, I'm going too far here. But you get my meaning. Even though all Seth's challengers use the same argument, it fits. So then was Sting ALSO back to take out Rollins as revenge on Triple H for hitting him with a sledghammer to gain a win at WrestleMania?

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the upcoming spin-off film from director Gareth Edwards, may be shooting in the classic 70mm widescreen format.

According to The Playlist, reports suggest the film will be shot using the same Ultra Panavision 70 anamorphic lenses "recreated" for Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight by Panavision. Interestingly, however, at Comic-Con in July Tarantino said that the lenses he used to shoot Hateful Eight weren’t just the same type that were used on classic epic films like Ben-Hur, but were in fact the same lenses.
