Ouya, Inc. Is For Sale To Alleviate Debt
According to a leaked email from Ouya, Inc. CEO Julie Uhrman, the three-year-old video game start-up is for sale after falling into debt with one of its investors.
“Given our debtholder’s timeline, the process will be quick," Uhrman allegedly stated. "We are looking for expressions of interest by the end of this month."
The email was reportedly written in early April, meaning time for Ouya could be running short if the company hasn't found anything yet.
Fortune claims that Mesa Global, an investment bank, has been brought on to manage the whole process.
New Dragon Ball TV Series Announced After 18 Years
The first new Dragon Ball TV anime series in 18 years has been announced with a Japanese premiere set for July.
Called Dragon Ball Super, Famitsu reports the new show will apparently be written by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama, with events taking place after Goku defeats Majin Buu.
Fuji TV producer Osamu Nozaki said: "As I read the plot
I've already received from Akira Toriyama, my dreams for this begin to expand. An enemy even stronger than Buu or Freeza may appear..."

Mighty No. 9 will be available in North America on September 15 and in Europe on September 18.
The game will be available both physically and digitally for PS4, Xbox One and Wii U, while a digital version will be available for PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and Linux. PS Vita and 3DS editions will be available at a later date.
Additionally, comcept has announced the English voiceovers will be joined by Japanese and French options, while subtitles will be available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese.
DLC for the title has been revealed too - the 'Ray' DLC features an all-new stage culminating in a fight with Beck's rival that, when completed, unlocks Ray for use in the main game, replete with all his unique skills. The DLC will be bundled in the retail version of the game and provided to all Kickstarter backers for free.

Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata has revealed some of the changes coming to the upcoming RPG following all the fan feedback that was provided for the Episode Duscae demo.
In a special episode of Active Time Report, Tabata and marketing manager Akio Ofuji explained what many people found troubling, and how the developer is taking steps to make the end product more palatable.
Tabata acknowledged the game's controls received the lowest score, with the camera, lock-on and a general feeling of chaos in combat all coming under scrutiny. He's acknowledged this and has promised the team are "thoroughly" addressing it. Tabata also promised your team's AI would be bumped up, while a minimap and difficulty option will be added.
