Otherside Launches Kickstarter for Underworld Ascendant
Otherside Entertainment, the studio helmed by RPG veteran Paul Neurath, has launched the Kickstarter campaign for Underworld Ascendant, the spiritual successor to the series that began more than a decade ago.
Neurath recently regained the rights to the franchise from EA, and his team has members that worked on the original series alongside himself. Ascendant includes the archetypical RPG classes of thief, mage and fighter, but players can mix skills across the three as the game progresses. Player choices will also affect feuding factions across the subterranean underworld.

Sony Sells 6.4 Million PS4 Consoles in Latest Quarter
Sony has revealed it sold 6.4 million PlayStation 4 consoles during its third financial quarter, helping the company to a significant profit.
